I ordered Punjabi suit and I needed earlier delivery. Despite longer delivery timeline when I called Utsav they were very helpful & got my suit delivered 2 days earlier.

Quality seems to good and fit is consistent so far for women's clothing. The exception is the boys kurta which was 2 sizes smaller than expected (ordered size 11, fits like size 9).

I ordered a lehenga and it's absolutely beautiful! It's a foot too long as I'm only 5' and length measurements were not asked for so now I have to find a seamstress. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
The set looked good online but in reality the pearls did not hang freely.
