My experience buying on the website is very easy for me. Even though what you see most items online, they are deceiving at times. I had issues where I had bought some stuffs here and I wasn't satisfied with it and I was refunded all my money which I was so happy that I didn't had to take store credit. The suit I ordered overall was ok, there was a promo for free shipping. However, upon delivery, I was notified that I had to pay tax and duty, which I expected. What I didn't expect, was the amount. It was double what I paid for another order, where I paid the shipping. So, really, when they say free shipping, it's not. You end up paying much more after delivery. That was disappointing and upsetting.
