My package was coming in late and I was concerned that the item that I was going to gift to my relative will not arrive on time. I expressed the concern to Utsav and they took action. I received my package intact and on time!

The design and finish of the garments was good, as was the service and delivery. Sizing was right as well. Unfortunately the garment smelt like very bad body odour even after sending for dry leaning and hours in the dryer trying to air it out, it still stunk. Not sure if I'll be able to wear it for the function I am going to.
I was trying to reach your team to fix an issue of getting the blouse stitched but unfortunately no one responded to my messages and it was shipped to me unstitched. Its more of a website issue I think as things are not clearly explained what needs to be done when things require stitching.

Had not realized that the clothes you chose were made to order? So ordered about 2-3 weeks before an event not realising that they will be shipped after 2 weeks. But they arrived on the day of the event (thank God) and I looked great at the event. I think that wait period should be shorter or at least made clear at point of order (boldly). But other than that totally satisfied.

Blouse is not stitched per measurement. Its too big, and we cant fix it here so I cant use my saree.
I ordered an item online for the U.S., and it arrived on time as expected. My item looked more or less like what I ordered, although the buttons were looser than the picture presented and did not photograph as correctly as I thought it would. Overall, the item is of good quality, and I would purchase it again.
The design and material were different from what was shown in the picture. I was dissatisfied because I couldn't wear it to the occasion I bought it for. It didn't look as good as the picture on website.

We ordered the item for my husband and used the size chart but the tunic was far too small when it arrived and the waist of the trousers was huge! Such a shame as we liked it but my husband unable to wear it for the wedding as planned
All sarees are woevn and not pronted as I expected. Silk material is soft, not as soft as pure silk but quite soft for art silk. Colors and as shown in pics. Sarees came with pico and fall, with 3$ charge each. It was great help. I am overall satisfied with my purchase.
