Christine was very clear abut the issues with my laptop. Was surprised that the software I purchased did not cover the issues I had and that I had to spend another ~$100 to get it fixed. Hopefully we won't have to do a major overhaul again.

I was very pleased with the way Therese, Rem and Mary Anne worked with me to clean my computer and get it as well as my printer working properly again. I appreciate the commitment and dedication as well as the wonderful attitudes with which they worked.

I was very lucky to be connected with Mary@ ex.2087. This young lady worked for almost 8 hours to put me back in business with my computer. I will be forever thankful that I was connected with her to service my computer. I thank her endlessly.

This has been a welcome addition to my tasks of today. I needed to have this computer serviced for several reasons, and this seems to be my savior. I was having difficulties that appeared to be due to malware. I went to find my malware software and found I had accidentally removed it. Your technician helped me to load the soft ware and then cleaned the malware programs that had infected my machine. It took some time and I believe the tech was very through and did a complete job. I plan to have your techs work on my wife's computer at a later date.

I think that the computer fixed. I have done checking on it and check on the website no more pop ups

I really enjoyed working with your tech, She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She explained everything she was going to do or did already. I need a second computer worked on and she was going to put a call back for someone to call me today.
