The technical problem I had was diagnosed and fixed b the tech quickly and efficiently. H/she seemed to know just what to do to diagnose the problem and then fixed it. I was pleased with the speed it was solved in and am glad I purchased the service.

My IMAC was cleaned up by a technician named Rod. I am very weak on my computer skills which made things more difficult for him to perform the necessary clean-up but he was very patient and guided me through the things, where he needed my participation, in a very professional manner making it a much more pleasant effort for both of us. If I have any more trouble, I hope I am as lucky as I was this time in having a tech like Rod do the work for me.

Everytime I have contacted the company, I have received excellent service. I have great reception and have no problems when everything is corrected by Norton. I would recommend this service to my friends so they can get the same type of service I have received.

The first time the computer worked on the day it was fixed and then the next day we had the same problem. The second time that it has been fixed it looks that they disabled the pop up from Norton and fixed the issue with Internet Explorer by putting on a newer version with Ad Blocker. I am happy with the service.

As I was extremely confused with the product download method, thank goodness for the 2 gentlemen who explained everything to me as they worked to get rid of all the malware and viruses that I had in my computer, whixh was a staggering amount. Thank you.

The two technicians that helped with the printer problems were both very polite and patient. The first tech was Argie. He even called back to make sure everything was working. The computer was cleaned up and the problem solved. I am very computer ignorant and was not made to feel that way. Thank you so very much for the wonderful experience. If I had to have problems, I am so glad you were there to help.

I contacted AOL to find out why I could not rearrange my mail by "from" or "Subject". From there I was directed to US Global Tech. Although your services were most likely needed, and appreciated, after a fee and 3 hours, my initial reason for contacting AOL was not solved. The technician contacted AOL and learned that the feature I wanted was no longer available in the "new/old" format. Your technician changed it in 2 seconds and I got in 5 seconds what I need after three hours of waiting, 3 hours of your tech's valuable time, and a fee.

The tech's were friendly and otherwise knowledgeable, but I do think that this simple AOL feature should be more in front of their thoughts and not an afterthought.

I was contacted by Melany Green, she helped and explained the processes very well. I am 80 yo and and have served in the' hot seat' I 'thought she did a very good job. She is what I would call a keeper. The service was very fast and surprised me with the amount of unwanted junk comes on the computer.

Everything was very expeditious and clearly explained to me. While it took a couple of hours, all the viruses and malware were taken off my computer and it is functioning much better now. Mary was very helpful and glad she was able to resolve my problems.

The first person I talked to was nice and worked on my computer. However after he said he was done it was still not working right so I called again. The second person was again very nice and seemed to fix it. So far so good.

I worked with Jason today and he was very patient with me and I was very with him my laptop kept logging him off and I had to keep logging him back in but we had to reset my laptop which took several more hours but he hang in there with me and he complete the task. Microsoft confuses me by linking passwords for all microsoft accounts. Since I do not know which accounts are microsoft accounts and which accounts are other accounts, changing a password for one account changes the password for other accounts and I do not know it. US Global tech helped me sort that out.
