Wow... US Global Tech totally fixed my computer issues. They did it quickly and even followed up to make sure all was working properly. I would totally recommend this comp to others. Dan was great to work with throughout the process.

In the past the spoken language has been a problem and source of frustration. Having someone who spoke perfect English was wonderful. She did a great job. I am glad I signed up for a year of tech support with US Global Tech. My computer, desk top now operates like when it was new.

I have been using US Global Tech for several years now and they are always there and seem to be able to handle 99.9% of all problems. The only things they can't do is fix a hardware problem.

They are reliable, friendly and patient.

Very supportive staff, overall made this experience very smooth, had some issues related to multi viruses on my laptop, but global tech staff made it as easy a process as possible. Very thankful for the expert advise. Thank you

JC the tech was very helpful. He answered all my questions fixed all issues and followed up the next day to make sure my PC was running correctly. One of the best experiences I have had with a tech company.

The woman I spoke to was caring to my needs, went over every thing not only that took me to another department where they too helped me with something else. I highly recommend them.

My computer is several years old and never had been serviced or had anyone go through it and take out the junk. Dan spent over two hours working on the computer getting the excess files out and installing a new copy of MacAfee for me. He was patient and hard working and answered all of my question. On a 5 star scale I would give him 6 stars.

We just finished a complete cleanup of my computer, and it is running smoothly. I have not been able to enjoy my games sessions on the computer for a long period of time, due to pop ups and etc. I thank Global Tech has done a great job getting myself back to Using speed. I will certainly speak positively of it any chance I get. I did not know the service is available and am very glad that Sarah told me about it when I called in with another issue. I do not know how to maintain the background stuff in the computer so I am very glad to have some professional help to keep my computer running well.

Thank for the great job working on my computer. I was having problems with my computer shutting down, being slow and generally having a difficult time entering anything any more. The techitian was very thorough in correcting my problem. I am extremely pleased and would recommend their service to anyone.

I am happy with the service provided. Very helpful. They provided a temp app to stop viruses until McFee can be installed later. The tech person was helpful and friendly walking me through each step and explaining why and what he was doing.

Sarah quickly ID the situation and clearly defined the problem and her plan to resolve. One trail then another lead quickly to everything -printer, computer, AND scanner back up and running. I received a full checkup and maintenance and do believe the value and time spent was worthy. Highly recommend this service and do wish we could adopt SARAH and have her come live with us!
