I would give 0 stars if possible. Scammed me when I was trying to access my legit Norton account. Norton said not associated with them as they said they were. Have reported them to my local BBB and Florida BBB. Don't know who they messed with! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. IF YOU HAVE CHANGE ALL PASSWORDS AND GET A LEGIT COMPANY TO REMOVE THE HARMFUL DOWNLOADS PLACED ON COMPUTER.

My experience with US Global Tech was easy. The techs were very nice. I feel a sigh of relief now that they fixed my PC!

Too early to confirm just had it done and its 11:30 pm although the tech was very good and patient. She also displayed excellent customer service.
