Informed about the large # of viruses

Informed about the large # of viruses. The tech persevered with a laptop that turned off unexpectedly many times. I called for wireless printer set up and signed up for Norton virus protection installations which were to my satisfaction.

Overall experience was great.Eileen was very patient and easy to understand. We did get disconnected several times via her phone connection this morning, but I was able to call back directly so that just took a little longer.Appreciated having that direct line.

My US Global Tech, Patrick, gave excellent service. He did some work to my computer and assured me that it does not have a virus. I was worried about this from a comment from a previous tech last night, that a virus might be the issue when he tried four ways to do a remote control, none of which worked. He also created a system restore point, which I requested. We discussed print head issues I had been having, and advised how to handle them. He is a great technician, pleasant and really knows his work.

I needed an up grade for my computer
April 28, 2017

I needed an up grade for my computer. I live in the country and have a satellite dish, but it is still not very fast. I signed into Us Global tech to upgrade. Bless them all. They spent over 9 hours upgrading my computer. They had to manually do this and it was very time consuming. I cannot say enough about how great they were and so very patient. I will use no other company.
