Great customer service...

Great customer service...I should have called earlier...I.bought other systems that did not work so I went back to the Norton help etc and received the help I needed...Melanie #2019 was my helper with help from Sheryl...I guess that's what customer service is for...I will be calling sooner rather than later next time.(I hope that there will not be a next time...)

Technicians were very friendly, courteous and anxious to help resolve my issues.I feel they spent more time helping me then they would for a more experienced used. This was because of me not being more tech savvy. I thank them for their patience.

My experience to date has been very positive and helpful. Courtesy and understand with someone (me) who knows little about the problems I was having was exceptional and appreciated. Problems were addressed and taken care of in a timely and effective manner. Thank you. Will be addressing possible problems with two other computers tomorrow.

I had called because of problems with my HP scanner/printer. Melanie suggested that my computer needed some maintenance clean up. They did the work and everything is running very well, including the scanner/printer.

Melanie has spent hours over the phone cleaned up and tune up computer. She had a lot of work to do on my account. Also informed me of the Comcast monitor system that two are not working. She is very professional and courteous. Also she had many screens to go through and completed what others could not do. I am so relieved this is all done correctly. Now I will know who to for now if I need to. Thank you.

Had to go through 3 techs to finish the process because my computer kept dropping internet. Lance was by far the best tech
- took care of it and gave me information I need.
I'll stay with Webroot for my anti-virus needs for all my computer products.

The reps were polite, understanding ( mainly because I have a disability) and efficient. The first

The technician was professional and responded to my concerns. I am very pleased with his service. He had a "no quit" attitude in working with my cd player on my refurbished " Dell" desktop. I am a senior citizen who is challenged by computer language and instruction. I would personally recommend US. The staff was very helpful, walking me though everything, and very patient with me because I am not a computer expert. I learned that I need to call for help about one a year, because in waiting a longer period of time, many things can go wrong. It is nice to have everything cleaned up and working well again.

I received a really nasty e-mail saying they had my passwords and was threatening to expose all this stuff and wanted 4,900.00 not to put it on the web etc. The first thing I did was call the law, because none of what they were saying was true. They said they could do nothing so I called your office for help.
Thank you for your service. Now I will go back and change all my passwords and make them stronger.

Lawrence was very patience and courteous with me and my limited knowledge as well as focused on finding an answer to the printing problem I called about. Through asking me several questions he was able to determine that my computer had a virus or something running in the background and would need cleaning. I was very happy with his professionalism and determination to help me. An Ad Blocker was also added so the viewing on my computer is much more pleasant now. And it fixed the print problem!. Thank you. I am very satisfied.

Overall good. A little disconcerting having someone I don't know working on my computer. You should work on some way to increase a customer's comfort level and trust.

Cai was good but a little hard to communicate with--had to repeat myself and ask for clarification several times.

Lost my Firefox bookmarks which will take me awhile to recreate.
