I had no idea as to why my computer was running so slowly. Within a few seconds of speaking with the technician he knew what was the problem and he was ready to fix anything that was going wrong. He was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Hope I don't need anymore help but if I do I now know where to go to get my computer back in tip top condition.

I had called Trend Micro to determine if my virus protection software was up to date. When I called the toll-free number that came up, I was connected to your representative Zarina, who then took control of my computer and updated it so that it should run much more efficiently. Thank you for such a knowledgeable and helpful technician. I could not have done it on my own with the limited technical experience I have.

The tech people who worked with me were very professional and polite. They had great patience as we worked through the issues. Eileen was very helpful and courteous. A great deal of work was required to clean up my files...as there were a lot of infected files. I am satisfied with the performance. My Canon Printer is now installed and working. Thank you guys...so much appreciated. I didn't catch the young man's name who finished up and contacted me. He also was professional and kind.

I noticed pop ups and command prompts that were not normal and contacted Norton security, who then put me in the hands of US Global Tech. I explained the problems we were having and they went in and cleaned it up.the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you soo much.

The service technician, Princess who assisted me was very helpful and guided me through the whole process with ease. She was able to explain details clearly and even gave me a courtesy call after the fix to see how things are going. I am pleased for her action and appreciate everything she has done. She seems to understand my problems and is patient enough to explain what is happening.

I am 79 years old and depend on my computer very much. I am an active landlord and business owner. I have used your services in the past and have always been satisfied. This time I lost everything after a M.S. Update - everything - my e-mails, MS office, XL - The first tech rep I worked with attempted to restore through M.S. - my computer when into an 9 hour spin cycle with no results other than getting over heated.
When I made contact the next day with US Global I worked with Jo Jo. Jo Jo worked with me over the next two days - He was so polite and understanding and tremendously helpful. I love your service and I will gladly renew my subscription when the time comes and I'll be recommending it to others. I especially want to extend my sincere appreciation to Jo Jo for his help and expertise and his wonderful easy going style - you have a big winner with him. Thank You.

Tech fix the problem within 45 minutes where others in the past could resolved the issue. Had I known about US Global before I would have save money and time. I high recommend this company for computer problems.

Your customer service was outstanding! The techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. I am an older user(66) who is not very computer savvy. Everyone that I spoke with was very kind. I never felt like they were being critical of me. They all made me feel very comfortable. I will refer anyone that I know to use the services of your company. After requesting assistance for my wireless printer, I was informed by the manufacturer that I actually had a computer problem that needed fixing in order to remedy my printer issue. That is how Global Tech came into play. With all the fraudulent internet activity, I was apprehensive about proceeding, but the way the tech professionally explained and showed me the problem and remotely fixed it dismissed all fears! I would definitely use Global Tech in the future and highly recommend their services.

The technicians I talked to were very courteous. I had a lot of virus's/Trojans etc. and the tech took immediate action to resolve (after paying for the one time repair fee) and finished problem solving about 45 minutes earlier than expected. I was very pleased with the service although I have not yet used my computer at the time of this survey.

I began with a fairly simple task: to change credit cards. It developed into an hour-long examination of "the works" due to massive infestation. I ended up purchasing a program to resolve the situation, which I assume is legitimate. Everyone I dealt with was civil and helpful

I had problems installing my McAfee AntiVirus Plus and was referred from their customer service department. They pretty much did everything for me. Super smooth at a time when I was stressed because of the horrible problems I was having with my computer. I loved the tech who helped me! It was kind of expensive especially since I'm a full time graduate student but I had no choice. My school stuff is all on my computer. My computer is back up and running.
