We had a great experience with Global Tech. Our technician, J.C. Was very polite and addressed us with the utmost courteous and professional manner. He addressed us with...yes, Ma'am throughout the call. We recommend this service to anyone having issues with their computers. This is not a scam. It is an outstanding business which follows through with all questions we had and called us back to ensure all was working properly and let us know that at any time day or night, we could call to get assistance. We highly recommend them to everyone having difficulties with their internet. We even signed up for a year of service to have them keep on top of things instead of us trying unsuccessfully to fix any problems.
I was very happy with the knowledge that the techs had and the time they took with me to explain what they were doing and how it would effect my laptop. I called to have printer drivers installed but feel like I have a completely new computer and printer. There was also no waiting for a service tech when I called. The company and its employees assisting me was super. They even helped find a charge that I could afford for their expertise help. Both techs that I dealt with was very polite and understanding and able to explain everything in the language and instructions needed for an elderly person.
I had major difficulty loading webroot. It was previously installed with the computer when I bought it from Bestbuy. Pan the technician spent a great deal of time and effort to resolve the problem. In this world good customer care and support is non-existent with the exception for Pan. I am grateful for his expertise, knowledge and patience in resolving this problem. Give Pan a raise. You have to compensate appropriately to retain good talent.

This is without doubt the best online customer service interaction I have EVER had. The technician understood what I needed and fixed it, thoroughly and fast. In fact it is hard to believe that such excellence is just a phone call away.
I was a little hasten about the Tech taking over my computer, because I am "Old School." But I realized I needed to do something, or I was going to purchase another brand of Printer. I have been close to my computer since 2:30 pm, it is now 8:13. But it was well worth it. I can now use my printer! The first person who helped me was Darwin, and then Mary came on around 6:00 pm, Both did an excellent job.

Your tech ( hope her name is attached) did an outstanding job of guiding a computer illiterate (me) through a very important refund process. Her attitude was helpful and kind. She is an excellent rep. For your company. Because of her I will consider buying other AVG products. Memo to management: She is a keeper!
I've had Global tech for a few years now and i don't know what I'd do without them. Whenever my Computer is having issues they take care of them right away.I am not to good with technology but with Global Tech I NEVER have to worry! Thanks to the wonderful team at Global Tech. 5 stars plus!
I would like to use the computer for a couple of hours before I respond to these questions. As an quick answer without having tried working with the computer, the techs. Were very courteous and patient. They seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. If the computer works as well as their work ethic/willingness to serve, all will be OK.
Your technician, Laurence, was incredibly helpful. He was patient and very pleasant, especially dealing with me, a person without a lot of computer savvy. My overloaded computer kept him very busy for many hours. I am very happy to have my email running again; I use it a lot. I am sure the entire computer is much happier now. U S Global people are very responsive to my issues. Once I called and outlined the problem I was handed off yo someone who initiated the fix. This took some time but I did not want to be on the phone while the repair took place. They called me back when I was ready to use my computer again.
I was very satisfied with the knowledge of the technicians. I would recommend this tech support if you need assistance. Also do not download things on your computer unless you know what it is. I learned a virus was in my computer from doing this.
