I am very non-techy and had totally forgotten that I haven't renewed my anti-virus protection for some time. Also, I was notified by my bank that they had been hacked and my financial information might be in jeopardy. In addition, my computer was experiencing lots of pop-ups, referring me to different websites etc so it was very irritating to use my computer. Tonight I got a message from McAfee that it was time to renew my subscription. I was very grateful to get that reminder as at that moment I was unable to access my banking site. Joe Wilson helped me to purchase the protection I need for 12 months plus repair my computer and clean up all the viruses and hacking attempts. I deeply appreciate their help. I have made myself a reminder to check again in 4 months instead of waiting so long to clean up my computer.

Several outstanding, knowledgeable and courteous technicians helped me get rid of a very virulent virus in my computer. But most notable was Sheryl. Where the other techs were able to isolate the virus, but were initially unable to completely remove it, SHERYL DID in one seating. Superb!

She is definitely an asset to your good company, and folks like me who are dumb enough to get victimized by these hideous programs definitely need an angel like her.

I cannot say enough to praise Charlie for the help, patience, knowledge and professionalism he has shown. I bought a new PC.first PC in ten years. In only three days of having the machine, it became infected with viruses and malware. I contacted Dell support and was connected with this gentleman who spent literally hours on the phone last night and again this morning to fix the issues and get my new computer functioning properly. While I do not understand how a brand new computer could have been this compromised in only three days, Charlie was nothing short of a life saver for me. Your company should be very proud to have an individual like him on your staff!

Aryn did an exceptional job in cleaning up my desktop from all viruses and other sites that were interfering in my access to programs. It appears that the desktop is operating at a faster speed and obtains the websites I request quickly. Bless her heart she had to work under difficult circumstances for several hours. She succeeded beyond my expectations and was very patient with a scrooge like me who likes to interrupt a lot. No doubt I will contact her as my personal problem solver in the future should I need to.

It is worth the monthly fee. Whenever I have an issue on any of the computers we have in our household, USGlobalTech is just a call away, and they keep working on the problem until it's fixed. Today, I called because my computer had become increasingly slow over the last month especially. Apparently, some program was working in the background that slowed my processor down significantly. My tech guy fixed it within a few hours, and I'm very happy with his service. I use my computer for work and studies, not gaming. My son uses his for gaming. No matter what the issue is, USGlobalTech has taken care of it.

I began my experience buy purchasing a new computer that has scanning but needed tech help to access. The tech who responded was from US Global Tech and realized immediately that my computer had not been cleaned for a very long time, like years. In order to install the HP printer scanning capability it needed an overhaul job. I trusted the tech with this process and paid for my computer and my spouse's computers to receive the overhaul. My computer took about 4 hours and I watched some of the process. It was very interesting but all way beyond my skills. Soon we will call for my spouse's computer cleaning and overhaul which I am sure will be a similar time period. I am very pleased with what I have observed of the process and feel confident that my computer was saved today. Thank you and I give A+ to the techs and their patience.

A little apprehensive at first with all the scamming done on the internet, the associate was very helpful and patient. This was very late around 11 p.m. they needed to work on my laptop until after 3 a.m. left me a chat. When i got up at 6:30 and tried my laptop i couldnt get any thing to work. Mad enough to eat the computer. Stewed for a few hours, called them again, fellow was very helpful and within a matter of minutes had everything back in working order. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he signed off. Well worth the money.
