The service provided today was excellent. They took two computers that have been bogged down with lots of ugly unauthorized programs and cleaned them up and got them running at their best. It took most of the day, but the end result was great.
Started with JC who was very helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated that he called back the following day to be sure that problem was solved to my satisfaction. Also appreciated that all the techs I encountered were English speaking. Made this much easier.
I am skeptical that I really ever had a problem. I think that when I was setting up my printer it gives me a customer service number that goes straight to here. Then you all scare people into buying this expensive product that is not really needed. Shame on HP for doing this to their customers. The techs was nice but the initial gal I spoke with was TOOO pushy that is why I think this is a scam and will be looking into it further and filing appropriate reports. We are supposed to be getting help with printer installs not pushy sales. The printer claims easy install...wow no

I had an awesome experience working with Sarah, who I initially called with concerns about my McCafe software she patiently checked my machine identified all the issues causing the brand new machine to be operating so slow. She was well experienced, friendly and easy to talk to. Later Dan completed the rest of the cleanup and even assisted me with my HP Smart printer issue and had it resolved. This was my first time using a computer tech service and indeed I am pleased and happy to have saved the cost for a new computer by just paying for this service. Forever grateful. Raquel
I called HP for a printer issue. Their rep transferred me to US Global Tech because I had a huge group of web sites that had gotten in my computer so that each time I logged on to a site, the others sent me to their sites! US Global cleaned my computer and got rid of all those crazy intruders! I paid the fix it of $104 plus the monthly $14.95. I may cancel the monthly fee at anytime.
Oh yes US Global also changed the settings on my printer and now it is awesome too!
We appreciate the efforts of those with whom we spoke. They were very knowledgeable and patient with us. It took some time and understanding on our end but we are pleased with the result and we will probably be back with more questions before long.We didn't grow up with computers so much of the language is a bit of a reach for two 85 year olds. We have learned more with each conversation. Rod was pleasant to deal with and again understanding. Our hearing is less than perfect but all is well that ends well. Thank you very much.

Follow-up was timely and all of the problems I was having were corrected in an very efficient manner.
Technicians were very patient and kind. However, we were told McAfee was installed yesterday and then got an email/call today that it was not installed on two of the three computers. That was completed today, however. Technician also went through settings with us to show us what we needed to clean up and we paid for clean-up service for a year. I want to thank the technicians for their patience.
I had problems right from the start from my credit card not being accepted on the site ( other sites ok) When finally downloaded, the activation code didn't work. Tech support took over and finally got things going, then proceeded to clean up some malware issues on the computer. Mary, the tech, was very helpful. I was surprised that I had to purchase an additional product in order to complete cleanup as I thought the Kapersky product would accomplish this
Even though the whole process of cleaning and reinstalling McAfee software took a very long time I'm impressed with the accuracy of getting the job done. Your staff has been very helpful from beginning to end of my issue. Thank you all so much for your efforts.
