I am an older lady and the US Global Tech have all been very helpful with keeping my laptop running tip top. They are patient with me and my questions because i am not very knowable with all the different things that can happen and how to get rid of them.

I am a non tech person and was completely unable to use my computer. I somehow managed to find a phone number for Kaspersky and got Global Tech. After hours of work by Sheryl in Florida, my computer is now usable and clean. I really appreciate this work. Thank you so much.

I called for assistance with my McAfee program
January 26, 2019

I called for assistance with my McAfee program. Rodell handled a complete clean up of the computer, which due to my negligence was not running at it's full capacity. Very friendly and thorough, was very helpful in making sure I understood what needed to be done to fix my computer. I'm not a technical type of person, but she helped me through that.

Job well done. Priced fairly. My laptop is functioning perfectly. Work is warranteed. I have Zarina's direct phone # for any issues that might arise. I consider that great customer service. She worked for 4 hours resolving my computer's' issues, and now it's working like the day I bought it.
Zarina is knowledgeable, patient and polite. She is an asset to your company.

I'm not a big computer person and didn't really know what to do when I was having problems that looked like a virus. I was connected to US Global Tech and they were able to log onto my computer remotely and figure out what the problem was, and they fixed it within 2 hours. My only complaint was they offered me a package for $250 for protection for 3 devices for a year, but I didn't really understand what that was. Specifically, if it was Webroot (which I was trying to install) or something else. The technician that worked on my computer chatted with me at times while working and was helpful and courteous.

I was helping my mom set up a new printer and had some difficulty so I called USGlobal Tech for help and apparently she had a number of viruses and issues not allowing for the connection. I spoke with Shelly and she was SO helpful and kind and patient. No hard sales. Was honest in what we needed to do to fix the issue. Walked me thru everything. Took some time because the computer had many issues but she got us all set up. Computer cleaned. Printer set up and printing away. Both my mom and I were very happy with her awesome customer service and extremely deep knowledge. It is not easy to explain things over the phone and be so specific and really truly walk you thru it but she was absolutely incredible and again so kind and so patient. She has called back for a follow up to make sure we are all good. Best customer service experience I have had in probably 10 years!

Excellent help and service

Excellent help and service. I was having a difficult time adding another device to my McAfee subscription and decided to call tech help. The tech guy was outstanding and very understanding with my lack of computer savvy. I was ready to pull the plug on the whole thing, but he let me vet and then got me back on track so we could get the second device added. Great job and excellent service!

Excellent. From the person who answered my call and understood my problems to the Tech Support, person named Brian who was very polite and professional, as well. Brian called me back after fixing several problems and was patient in answering any questions I had. I've used US Global Tech twice and both times was very happy with the experience. I highly recommend them.

Experience kind of threw my for a loop initially because I had signed on Norton for an issue and got USGlobal instead. The techs I interacted with were professional and courteous. My only concern was in giving out my computer password. But I will just change it now to be safe since I don't like giving out any password.

Dealing with Global Technicians is so much better than going to the dentist, they are very considerate of the problem presented and the person with the problem, all questions are considered and dealt with in reasonable way. I am elderly, and frequently people do take advantage of my lack of sophistication with technology. My computer was "infected". The patience and real desire to help me get my computer working again were outstanding. Kudos to "Cess" (Princess) and the others who cleared it and placed the protections in it.
