My technician was polite and patient with my limited knowledge. Lily explained everything that she saw wrong, but how it could be fixed. I liked that she suggested, but did not push for add and clean-up my computer. She allowed me to make-up my own mind.

The technician that worked on my problem was very efficient and thorough.He solve my printer issues and even got rid of many applications I did not need nor use. All in all I'm very satisfied with the service that was provided to me.

The technician JC was great

The technician JC was great. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was able to point us to a special site to renew McAfee software for a better price which I really appreciate. There should be more customer support personnel like JC.

The price was quite high since i am a long time customer with norton, they did help with the problem thou. Like i said everyone else i have heard does not charge service calls when your a customer. Anyways tks to the person or persons that fixed my computer

My technology guy, Ram, was great, very patient with me. He explained many things I didn't understand until I did! He managed to obtain a discount price for me too. Ram was professional and really knowledgeable.
When I explained that I had to go to an appointment during the process time, he told me that was okay. He would fix the problems and if I wasn't back in time, would leave a phone number to reach him. I actually did make it home before the computer was finished downloading and deleting all the "spam" and viruses or whatever.
I will definitely use Norton and U.S. Global tech support going forward.

I was connected via Norton when I was having trouble reloading their anti virus software. I was walked through the many problems that I had with the computer and was able to establish a remote connection where it appears that everything has been taken care off and Norton has been successfully installed. Looks like excellent work.

US Global Tech was contacted by norton to assist with removing another antivirus software; they ended up having to clean my computer of ad/malware. Service done remotely and at lightening speed. My computer now runs like the speed of light!

I called MacAfee...
March 1, 2016

I called MacAfee...said their one time fix was 69.95...and they do all their in house support. So not sure if I got taken for 100 bucks or not...I hope not, as the next time I get a virus, this computer is going to the dumpster

Issue: old computer wouldn't accept my new printer. The Techs spent literally hours working their way through to a successful conclusion. Mary seemed to be the last tech involved although I talked with a number of them. They were polite at all times even with my moments of frustration. I appreciated they way they stayed on task. It is great to have the system working properly.

Trying to set up a printer was a HUGE headache... I received all the help I needed, my computer was full of viruses, it was cleaned and my printer was installed. The technicians were extremely helpful and stayed connected through phone calls every step of the way.! I am very pleased with all they did for me today.

I first used USGlobalTech in July when I had serious issues with pop-up ads taking over my computer. They cleaned up this computer as well as 2 other computers in our house. It was all done remotely. The technicians followed up on the phone and were very polite and professional. Then the past few days I was having another issue with a pop-up. I set up a chat with them and again they resolved the issue for me. They do a very thorough job going through the entire system making sure everything, not just what I contacted them about, was in order. This was the best money I have ever spent! Just know they are only a phone call or chat away is such a peace of mind.

There were problems with my computer that were obviously beyond your technician's basic comprehension. The impressive thing was that your people stayed with the problem for many hours until it was resolved. I would absolutely trust your employees with any technical problem I have in the future.
