It doesn't look like a professional service. Especially I didn't like their unfriendly customer support centre.
This was my first effort to resolve some new, and some old issues with Windows 7 and Norton.
Michael was the first tech I talked with, and he quickly assessed the problems, and was upfront about the cast. Seemed reasonable, and some four hours later, with no effort on my part, my old laptop is clean, updated, cleansed, and I am a happy guy.
I would certainly recommend US Global Tech for their efficient, smooth resolution of problems.
By the way, Mary was the tech who spent the most time on my machine, and seemed to have a smile through it all.

I thank everyone for their patience with me working remotely by phone remotely. The only confusion I had was inserting the Password to my modem using the boxes. The technician either did not tell me or I did not hear him say that I had to press the box twice if I wanted the number to the right. He was very helpful in cleaning out a very invaded system and getting everything set to work more efficiently and without ads! Everyone I spoke to was courteous even though it took me a while to figure out how the imput of numbers worked on my new ENVY 4510. Many Thanks. Great Job!

I needed help in getting my HP printer connected. The problem in addition was a lot of junk on my computer. The Tech. Support people cleaned my computer so that the software could be installed properly. Everything is working fine now. I am VERY PLEASED.
Very pleased with the service that I received from both tech's (Ram & Cai) who worked feverishly on a computer that was infested with viruses. The task was not an easy one.
Both techs were wonderful! Each demonstrated a lot of patience and were persistent with fixing and solving the encountered problems. For my new printer, they had to figure out what drivers were needed, where to find them and how to install them. In addition, they had to secure and install the printer software needed to get my Old Windows XP SP3 Operational System to communicate with my NEW recently purchased HP Envy 5055 printer. I liked the convenience of having my computer worked on remotely rather than having to take it to a computer repair shop. Both techs were polite, knowledgeable and professional.

The corrective action cleared my problem of "pop-ups" and "redirects". It also has caused my log-in to speed-up.
Charlie and company at US Global were excellent. I was in a quandary regarding my Kaspersky software and they made it easy! While the cost of coverage for a year may seem a lot to some, the frustration and time I avoided made it worthwhile.

Three different techs worked on my problem for a total of 12.5 hours! J.t. Did a fine job. Irene was even better. Mary was absolutely fantastic! She showed great dedication patience and knowledge. She had a difficult problem to fix-2 printers not working. One printer is a 2004 model 8500. She dug deep and found the insruction page, and fixed the problems for both machines. Hats off to all three techs, especially Irene, and especially, ESPECIALLY my hero,Mary!
I am extremely distrustful of techs telling me that they need to "take over" my PC to correct the problems because I was burned once by an unscrupulous con artist by doing that. However, Charlie convinced me that he was a bonafide representative of ESET and provided me with his name and phone number. My first experience as not satisfactory... I tried to work with a Service Tech name of John on Tel Ext 122...terrible customer service. Never finished the job.poor communication. My second experience was with Mary on Tel Ext 127... EXCELLENT + She listened carefully and solved my problems and made sure everything was OK. Great Service!
Justin is an excellent Technical Support Representative. He guided me efficiently thru the navigation process to get my issues resolve.
He was also helpful in making the service very affordable for my budget. In addition, the entire Technical Support Team was helpful in keeping me updated on every activity during the process.
Overall, the experience was great and I feel more confident about receiving technical support for my PC.
US Global Tech worked very hard with me to fix some issues I was having with my Mac. At first, like most I'm sure, I was on edge dealing with someone I couldn't see but they really gave me comfort and eased my worries. Top notch!

I called to get help installing a printer not knowing that my computer was suffering from effects of malware and an antivirus program that was not working properly. The technician, JC, recommended their service plan and spent the next ten hours working on cleaning up my computer from malware, installing McAfee Antivirus, and setting up my wireless printer. Additionally, he did the same on my son's computer. This should speed up my computer too, which I have not checked out yet. Often I work with numerous pages and documents open, so speed and efficiency is very important to me.

Both my computers are now working fine because of Mary and Melanie and their expertise and hard work over several hours. John and Rod are very nice to lead me through the problems I had and what is amazing is having the opportunity to actually watch some of their actions and results. They are like clock work in motion,the way they do their work with such precise movements.
The service fixed my issues. Most of the early work I had already done, like running diagnostic software, but they found more issues. I watched for 5 hours. 3.5 Hours was just running software, then they got busy and took care of all the problems pretty quickly.
