It was challenging and time consuming trying to get my computer issue resolved, however, the technician knowledge in remedying the problem was exceptional. Customer service made me feel valuable as a consumer. I appreciate that a lot.
It took 3:45 to complete cleanup and reinstall Norton. Watching the screen, each operation was far too long. The tech must have been working on several computer problems at the same time. I needed to stay around until completion.
Your representative who answered the phone was impatient. She seemed to be in hurry and at first did not want to take my correct phone number to have a technician call me. In fact, i'd say she was rude! Technician more helpful and patient. I DO NOT wish to continue being a U.S. Global Tech customer.
Had ordered virus protection from Bitdefender online. They transferred me to US Global Tech to scan viruses and clean computer. Told them several times I wanted the one time charge of $99.95 and they kept pushing me for the $200+ plans which annoyed me. Then I get a tech who literally sounded pissed off when I couldn't figure out his instructions to log in so he could access my computer - this involved deep breathing sighs every time I tried. Long story short he was on my computer about 2 hours. After I had paid the $99.95 originally - they charged it twice. Capital One alerted me for fraud. Told me to take my MAC in am to Apple Store to see if any malware added. They have been seeing a LOT of this lately. They were not only rude but dishonest. I will report back after Apple checks my computer tomorrow. I will NEVER let anyone else online touch my computers again. Had to cancel credit card per Capital One.
My primary computer bit the dust and I reactivated an older computer. I needed help getting it back online. It had several issues and needed Kaspersky installed on it. This was accomplished successfully with US Global's help.
I had problems printing pictures of my pet, that I had to ask the vet to put to sleep, because my dog was 14 and slowing dying.
That why the help I need was kind of urgent and requiring attention.
The tech who helped me was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Working with Princess was very professional, courteous and productive in helping me renew my subscription and cleaning my pc from viruses among other things, she saw that I was getting pop-ups and she helped fixed that problem for which I really appreciated. I worked with two great technicians. They installed first on my desk top and then my cell. Jason was fantastic. He worked through all the problems and issues with the phone. So many issues with the download and then the password.

I have unknowingly been letting viruses and malware into my brand-new beautiful iMac. I thought I wasn't downloading bad things from the internet, but I was. By sheer dumb luck, I ordered McAfee Antivirus, had trouble installing it on my iphone (because my system had been corrupted), called for help, and got connected with U.S. Global Tech. The technician, Dan by name, was kind, helpful, patient, understanding, and of course extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He resolved all my problems with a minimum of fuss (on his part; I was fussing in the background) and answered all my questions kindly, helpfully, patiently, and understandingly.
