It took several tries to solve my wireless printer problem but it was successful in the end.

I appreciate the patience and the expertise of the technician assigned to my case.

I hope everything works from here on in and I won't have to call again - but I have the rest of the year of my service agreement if anything should go wrong again.

When I contacted US Global Tech I was having terrible issues with my computer. The tech explained to me what I needed done to my computer. The service was completed quickly and courteously. I am happy with my experience. I really appreciated the personal touch of receiving call backs to check on how my computer was running.

Tech was extremely professional, but most of all, extremely patient. I am a person that is computer stupid. In spite of my stupidity, the tech was patient and walked me through the process slowly. I just want to thank everyone at USGlobal for having such a wonderful staff. People, like me, who know nothing about computers really struggle and are too embarrass to ask for help because techs are not patient with us. Well, USGlobal has made me feel good about knowing that there are people out there that will help stupid people like me. Thank you so so much. You guys are the greatest.

I called US Global Tech and they called me back in a timely matter. Dan who was my Tech was very patient and attentive to my needs to correct my computer which was being hacked. He was able to stop the hackers and clean up my computer which I am very grateful. Dan answered all my questions.

My issue had to do with the Start Menu opening and staying open after Global Tech had done a cleanup on our computer. It took 3 contacts and considerable time with Global Tech to get the issue adequately resolved. (The closing of the Start menu and the renewed access to the Desktop and the icons located there.) I am frustrated that the issue was triggered to start with and that it took repeated contacts to get it resolved. But the GT techs stuck with it, and the problem does appear resolved at this time. Thank you!

The tech seemed to have to try several times to get certain things, that should be fairly quick and easy for a person experienced with AOL procedures. Transferring contacts from the old account to the new and forwarding emails to the new account from the old address should not have taken so long.

Charlie saved the day for me
November 4, 2017

Charlie saved the day for me. I had a virus in my MacBook Pro that was rapidly spreading even as I made the call to U.S. Global Tech (from McAfee). He had expertise and speed to identify and remove the source of the virus and to install my McAfee Total Protection system -- all in less than hour. He exceeded my requirements, and I would highly recommend him.

I was having security problems on my computer and had no idea what was going on. I went to my Kaspersky webpage and made contact with their online customer service who connected me to US Global Tech. The technical support person was really great. They walked me through each step. When I didn't understand what I needed to do they were patient and they would repeat the step until I got it right. The technician worked remotely on my computer within the time frame given and called when there was anything I needed to do from my end. The entire process was without complication and I was very satisfied with the result.

I was very pleased with the way that you were quick to call me every day to check and see if it was still working and when it wasn't spent as much time with me to try to get it to work again. I am so appreciative of all you did. It was found after a few tries and days that it was a hardware problem with the printer but everything was done that could be done.
