Melanie was very helpful, she is the right person for her job. She is very understanding and makes sure that you are understanding her instructions. I wish all helpers were like her. I would want her help always.

It took several tries to solve my wireless printer problem but it was successful in the end.

I appreciate the patience and the expertise of the technician assigned to my case.

I hope everything works from here on in and I won't have to call again - but I have the rest of the year of my service agreement if anything should go wrong again.

When I contacted US Global Tech I was having terrible issues with my computer. The tech explained to me what I needed done to my computer. The service was completed quickly and courteously. I am happy with my experience. I really appreciated the personal touch of receiving call backs to check on how my computer was running.

I called and wanted to have webroot off my computer. And after talking with Lilly she told me she could fix the many problems i had. My computer seems to be running great. Thank you for the great service. I would highly recommend you to everybody thank you

I called US Global Tech and they called me back in a timely matter. Dan who was my Tech was very patient and attentive to my needs to correct my computer which was being hacked. He was able to stop the hackers and clean up my computer which I am very grateful. Dan answered all my questions.

My experience with the Global Technicians has been very knowledgeable. They were very professional, patient, and explained every detail of what they were doing and why. The problem was resolved very professionally.

The technician was knowledgeable and fix the issue, also Jo, called me back when he completed his work to inform me that the job was completed and asked for feedback. Great work and excellent customer service skills.

The tech seemed to have to try several times to get certain things, that should be fairly quick and easy for a person experienced with AOL procedures. Transferring contacts from the old account to the new and forwarding emails to the new account from the old address should not have taken so long.

Charlie saved the day for me. I had a virus in my MacBook Pro that was rapidly spreading even as I made the call to U.S. Global Tech (from McAfee). He had expertise and speed to identify and remove the source of the virus and to install my McAfee Total Protection system -- all in less than hour. He exceeded my requirements, and I would highly recommend him.

I am very satisfied the way the technician approached the issue cleaning up my computer. I was aware of that the computer had problems and also afraid of viruses etc, after the session was finished I enjoyed working on my computer.

I was very pleased with the way that you were quick to call me every day to check and see if it was still working and when it wasn't spent as much time with me to try to get it to work again. I am so appreciative of all you did. It was found after a few tries and days that it was a hardware problem with the printer but everything was done that could be done.

Mr. Dan Robert was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.In addition to solving my problem, he explained functions of my computer and printer that I did not know and I was grateful to gain that knowledge.

We were finally contacted by Andrew after two others were trying to help us and left us hanging! Thanks to Andrew, you have been saved by a cancellation in service and payment! "Kudos" to Andrew and a personable thanks from Dave & Toni from Sun City AZ.
