My email password would no longer allow me to access my mail so I called for help. Zarina was very kind and helpful but I had difficulty understanding what she was saying at times. I am not very computer literate so I do not know what any of the terms mean which does not make it easy for me to follow instructions. My computer seems to be working now with a new password. Solving my printer problem took way too long to complete. USGlobal had control of my computer for too many hours. After some anxious moments for me the technician and I were able to work together to solve my problem. I am anxious to see if the fix on the pc will actually speed up my computer. It took awhile, but my printer problem has been fixed. I am satisfied with the work.

I was having major problems with a computer I use for my job from my home. US Global Technicians fixed my problems immediately and made sure my computer was working properly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great technician!

I had problems printing things and connecting to sites, technician advised using Google chrome instead of Internet Explorer. That seems to be working and solving the problems I have had. I will try this and hope the problems are all over.

I contacted UsGlobalTech.com on 2/21/2016 to have Norton Virus installed on my laptop. I was assisted by Eileen Carlos and she did a great job in helping me with the installing. First time I contacted the website, I was told I'd receive a phone call from a tech within 15 minutes. That didn't happen. The next day I contacted the website again and got a call in about 5 minutes and he solved my problem in a few minutes. He was very efficient.

I was having difficulty upgrading my subscription to Norton to add Lifelock. Your representative found some virus in the computer plus other anti virus software that was blocking the upgrade. He removed the problems and got the upgrade installed and added the Norton to two other browsers I use.

2 Did they fully care about the issue expeditiously or did they "OWN" the business or problem?

John, he was a very patient guy and didn't get mad at me. I was very confused doing the computer again. And I told him that I hadn't done this in a very long time. You need more guys like him. Because when someone is helping somebody, and the get angry with that person the they get very messed up, and confused. So he needs a raised he was a very good. I really liked him. I am not a computer savvy person and when I called Global Tech with my problem I was very pleasantly greeted by John. He took his time with me and was extremely patient when he had to wait for me. We could not get our Webroot AntiVirus program to work properly. USGlobalTech took remote control over my computer, spent at least 3 hours troubleshooting all the issues and fully restored my system to good as new.

My Webroot program appears to be functioning as normal.

I contacted US Global Tech to help me get rid on Geek Buddy and get my computer back to operating correctly. They also help me reinstall my McAfee protection. My computer was full of virus infections that Geek Buddy was supposed to correct and remove. That did not happen. Thanks to US Global Tech I can now use my computer without millions of pop ups and distractions. Thank you so much for your help! Karen
