I was satisfied when the work needed was completed. My agent's name is Lucy. She was very concerned and did everything I had requested to my great satisfaction. As of now, my PC is working as well as I could hope for.
It was a little confusing because I am not tech savvy, and perhaps because I have an old computer. I heard from different people and it started around 5 in the morning and finished around 11 at night. But it was done.

My computer was really slow, with pop-ups & virus. I contacted US Global Tech, they seemed to have a problem with my computer because it kept refusing to let them in to work on it. I guess 2-3 reps worked on it. It took almost 24 hours, partly because I wasn't always available to assist them. The last young man was only working on it for a few hours & he did a great job & got my computer up & working great in a lot less time. I was impressed. Everyone I spoke with was very nice & courteous. I really appreciate the help & they didn't treat me like the inept computer owner that I know I am. Thank you very much.
Melanie Greene did an excellent job in correcting and cleaning the malware problem I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and LIGHTNING FAST...I tried to follow what she was doing but I was left in the dust. I will recommend your company and Melanie to any of my friends & associates to correct computer problems. This situation started last night when I entered a pop-up containing the bug. She squashed it speedily!

I was connected to your company by a norton customer service person. I watched the work being done and you earned your money! I am so grateful to Norton and US Global Tech as over 300 malware files were found, and now after the service, my computer is faster than fast. I am so happy. My files were not effected but, now I know how vulnerable pc computers are. Thank you, thank you. If my friends have trouble with their computer, I will recommend you without hesitation. I will be posting my experience on my facebook page. That is how much I appreciate what you were able to do.
Tech had difficulty finding my account info. I gave my name and address with no luck. Finally, I have to look up old e-mails to find my order number with US Global Tech. Once I provided the order number, they found my account and worked on my issue. They did a great job.
The experience with the two ladies who assisted me for many hours to solve a major problem with my printer were very proficient. They worked diligently and patiently with me. It was a much better experience that I had with the gentleman who assisted me earlier.
This company did a great job cleaning my computer and installing my printer, I would recommend this company to all my friends. The technician was very good and professional.

I worked with Dan and he is most helpful and polite. He assisted me with the package and cleaned my computer. Later I was put in contact with him to address the double charge from McAfee for renewal of my subscription. Again he was very helpful.
My customer service tech Princess was very patient and helpful in dealing with a payment issue i was having with my credit card.She helped me figure out what was happening.She also explain what was the issue with my Mac Computer and took care of the problem..

I started a live chat to find out how to download the total protection software. The person had a tech person call me. That was Charley. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything that needed done was completed. I am very pleased with the service.

It reset all of my info back to 7 months ago. I could not access my yahoo account or Facebook. I had to have a tech get on my computer to reset all of my passwords to be able to access my own accounts. I could barely understand the techs because of the heavy accent, I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves.
I was put in contact with Global Tech consequent to attempted installation of McAfee Software with which I was having difficulties. In the process I was aided by J.C., a very articulate and capable technician who not only shepherded through the issues with installing McAfee, but helped me with problems with the functioning

Edmund told me it would take 2 hours, and it is now 6 hours later. Spent my whole afternoon and half of my evening getting this update, cleanup and new Macaffee installed. Way too long and I had to leave the house for an appointment, only to come back and it still wasn't finished. Have to do better with how long it takes. However the technicians (2) were helpful and polite.
