The technician was polite and courteous and more than willing to help. My only complaint was that no one called me when the work was completed, and I needed to get online to take care of personal matters.

The support was wonderful although the price was a bit scary. I live on VA disability and took quite a hit financially but I had to get my computer fixed. I run a nonprofit veterans program and need this computer for the business.

Techs have been very personable and very helpful. My computer background is somewhat limited, they were very patience and explained all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the product purchased.

The Tech explained the computer problem I had in very understandable terms and what would happen if the problem was not corrected. He spoke clearly and answered the questions that I asked during his explanation.

Melanie Greene was very professional and listened well to my concerns. She offered good suggestions and advise. I very much appreciated her service and look forward to working with her as my tech support person!

I worked with Melanie Greene who has successfully and patiently solved my problem several times an d had provided me with a password to connect to AOL as well as showing me how to get mail using Safari.

Started out chatting with Michelle! Updated my info with her and she had Charlie call me and walk me thru the necessary steps. It was so easy and once finished someone called to let me know the process was finished. Very pleased with my experience.

I paid $99.95 for a one=time fix. It worked beautyifully. I am 84 and not good at technology. With patience they helped me through and my problems were solved. I then joined for another $79.95 for a full year's coverage which gives me peace of mind to know there is a place to go for any help I need on my laptopl Lilly was wonderful.

I was having issues with my computer and printer and David M. Was very helpful and showed me what the issues where and the another tech Jason tok care of the issues and went overboard to make sure all was fixed and working---

I called for help in fixing the computer and was greeted by a pleasant woman. I was asked what I needed and she took it from there and in 48 minutes all was corrected. It was pleasant to talk to someone that spoke clear English and I was able to clear up my problem so easy.

At first I though this was all a scam, but as the gentlemen kept talking and showing me all by problems and explaining every thing I became a believer and decided to have the work done. It was all very very professional, the gentlemen (Ram) was great. Thank you
