The technician was polite and courteous and more than willing to help. My only complaint was that no one called me when the work was completed, and I needed to get online to take care of personal matters.

The support was wonderful although the price was a bit scary. I live on VA disability and took quite a hit financially but I had to get my computer fixed. I run a nonprofit veterans program and need this computer for the business.

I paid $99.95 for a one=time fix. It worked beautyifully. I am 84 and not good at technology. With patience they helped me through and my problems were solved. I then joined for another $79.95 for a full year's coverage which gives me peace of mind to know there is a place to go for any help I need on my laptopl Lilly was wonderful.

I called for help in fixing the computer and was greeted by a pleasant woman. I was asked what I needed and she took it from there and in 48 minutes all was corrected. It was pleasant to talk to someone that spoke clear English and I was able to clear up my problem so easy.

I was VERY skeptical at first with all the hacking that goes on. Darwin reassured me that it was safe and I would be taken care of. They wanted payment up front, I would not do that, I just was not sure I was not going to get taking advantage of. So, they performed the necessary steps to get me up and running again and then I was able to pay afterwards. Mary also was very professional and patient going through the steps to reset passwords and such. I highly recommend this company.

Hi, my assistant was Mary. She did a fabulous connection for my HP printer, wireless. I am amazed how well her administration to her job went. All is well, and I am happy to have had Mary as my helper today. I also had others who have been top Techs. Zerina being an other from yesterday. To my printer is working! Yes!
