Melanie Greene was very professional and courteous. She made sure she took care of everything I needed. I talked with her last year and this year. I am so glad that I got to speak with the person both times. I hope I get to speak with her again next year. In my opinion she is a great employee and a true asset to you company.

I had bought a one time fix on this Hp PC
December 14, 2018

I had bought a one time fix on this Hp PC. It took 3 times to get it fixed and it appears to be working much better. I will monitor the PC and I will call if I need to! The tech that worked on it today, 12/14/2018 said that the other two times the clean up was not properly done. The tech was great to deal with tonight.

I 1st worked with Eileen who really made me feel at ease. She was very easy to talk to and told me she could see a lot of bugs and it would take several hours to fix. I called in the morning and talked to Ryan who continued to assist me with getting my computer fixed, also very help full.wwwwwwwwwwwww

Unlike two go-rounds with other companies my experience with Global Tech was very positive and productive. My eight-year-old Qosmio is now back to its quick self and everyone who was in touch with me was professional and friendly. Nothing but great. Thanks so much.

I was having problems with some Boston Acoustic 745 Speacker which I supposed was due to Viruses and Malware. The Team cleaned my register and the Pop Ups are gone,?The tower is running much better. Sadly
The speaker system still persist. Nothing last forever

I had a printing problem that I could not resolve and I somehow managed to get USGlobalTech support. I am completely satisfied with the results. My computer has been cleaned, I can now print documents from the internet, and the annoying ads have been removed. Thank goodness!

My browser was Hijacked today and things kept getting worse and worse until I didn't recognize anything on my computer anymore. I contacted US Global Tech and they were able to fit it very fast and they were very thorough. I am pleased with the result.

Dan was a huge help!

Dan was a huge help! My computer has Windows 10 with which I was not familiar even though I have had a computerr since the early 80s. And thru my own ignorance made several mistakes, on top of which Windows Security which came with the computer did not stop viruses and infections from invading and causing numerous problems. I am all set now- his follow-up call was very much appreciated. This 77 year old lady is very grateful!

It was really good and so helpful! All of the people I talked to were very friendly and willing to help, they wanted to help me and that was amazing. I really enjoyed their services. All of my files seemed to have stayed intact, and the cost was well worth the product. I am so grateful for their help.

I had been infected with a virus, I called Help at *******035 and spoke with a Melanie who was extremely patient with me, and very helpful. We went thru many steps and finally got to a point where she advised me it could take up to 2 or 3 hours for the Tech to clean all of my programs. After that, I was notified by Chat and we completed the process and they stayed on line and phone with me until we checked out all of the programs and Icons. It was tedious but very eventful and productive. I could noit have asked for a better support group. Thank you.

I had a great deal of issues with my printer and laptop. Your tech support was extremely helpful in correcting my problems and cleaning up my computer. My wireless printer was not working, and you found the problem and fixed it.

Dan and Jan were wonderful. They were so patient with me, a techie idiot! But they got the job done and now my printer is working. (I was desperate, looking for printers on Amazon). I'm so happy, don't you know the printer went out when I had so many important things to print. Dan and Jan have saved the day! Thank you to them so very much. I was completely satisfied with Cherrie, my technician! She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful in every way. She got me up and running in a very reasonable amount of time!

I called because computer was not communicating with printer wirelessly. Tech Darwin found that my laptop had many problems. I purchased McAfee which did an extensively fix for computer problems and McAfee program was also installed on laptop and for new laptop. It seemed that the printer was in need of more service, but Darwin was able to solve the problem and I am now printing. Happy Customer!

I purchased an eset, software for my 10+ years old compurter and had an issue downloading. I reached out to US Global Tec. Where I got in touch with Mitch Robinson. She helped with installing the eset, but my computer need to be clean up. Mitch turned me to Tech "Geeksolder 27 who stayed with me all nigh thru the morning hour to get my computer up and running.
Three days later I had to reached out to US Global Tec again to fix a little glitch in the system; another Tech took the called who name I do not have at this time. And he fixed the problem and my computer is now up and running the way it are to run. I must say all the staffs were very professional and polite!

Ms. Mitch Robinson did a follow up twist: (1) the day of my first service and (2) the day after my second service. I am a satisfied customer and will always refer you when needed.
