Both Dan and Mary have been really helpful. I explained to Dan I was "computer illiterate" and he totally understood and walked me thru what i needed to do. I know he spent a long time on the scans for my computer and i am extremely thankful

Laurence has been so patient while he helped me walk through my computer issues. He is also very professional and has a great communication skills. I am very grateful that he resolved the virus issues in my computer and even followed up after. He is highly recommended.

USGlobal Team found the source of our problem very quickly and then proceeded to fix it. The computer was running very slowly and I didn't even realize it. Also, the tech showed us that there were multiple infections that were affecting the way the computer was operating. The computer works much faster now.
The Team spent many hours performing the repair and we appreciated their efforts. They were truly amazing!

When i first called on this issue i was very leary. I had just received a call supposedly from microsoft. It made me uncomfortable. The young man kept asking for more info about myself and payment.this made led me to call us global tech.all i can say is thank you thank you. I wasn't willing to trust easily. Jhon ortiz made me feel very at ease.he was very polite and soft spoken this was nice. My experience in the past with any other tech support they not as pleasant. Again THANK YOU hes a keeper! I logged into the official Norton Antivirus Website, and I ended up at US Global Tech, who are a contractor for Norton Symantec; but thank you for your help. I'm not sure if they are affiliated with the BBB. You might want to do your background work on them. Other than that, all went well. A bit pricey!

I have no idea of what all was done but the tech was polite and tried to tell me about the package I ended up buying. I am just not computer smart anymore and hope I understood what all was needed and she did. It was interesting to me to try to follow what all needed done. I did not know it would take as long as it did but look forward to having a phone call help if I need it. It confuses me that all the programs that kept telling me I needed them and yet when I ended with the tech it seemed that none of them did much or any good and I had to buy a whole different more expensive program for her to clean and bring my computer up to speed. But if this remote thing works as it is presented to me it will be a big help.S

This is a step out of my comfort zone, allowing a company to take over my computer. I was unable to set up my HP printer software, and inconsistencies were found. The tech I talked to live and the tech who operated my computer were both patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am hoping my confidence in this service is worth the cost!

I was recommended by by a good friend so I called and asked for Justin who did a great job on cleaning up my computer the first time and the came back to do a finale clean p. Both time he was very professional and polite and explained every ting. He was good a call backs to make sure everything was running well. I will keep this number and will call again if I ever need help again. Justin did a great job

I was helped by two technicians

I was helped by two technicians. They were both very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They both spent a great deal of time with me and as of now they seem to have solved my all my problems that I mentioned. The trigger for my request was the use of wifi on my printer, but they went far beyond that, clearing up malware and getting my newly acquired wifi system to work on my and my wife's various devices.

Eric, the technician who determined the cause of a recurring problem in my new computer, was very professional and courteous. He listened to my explanation of the problem, suggested a first line of action, and then had to check further into the possible cause of the problem. I am hopeful that the work he has done will have reduced the chances for additional problems.

OMG! Everyone was so nice, patient, and thoughtful. I am 70 yrs old so this is new for me and your employees made me feel at ease. I had to ask several questions over and over again and they still were so patient and accommodating. Thank you for their professionalism and making me feel valued.
