Your customer service was out standing (Melanie - Pompano Beach). She was very through - I call to get my new printer installed. Before she started, she checked my computer - She found a lot of malware, ad wares, tune up, ad lockers and installed, hard drive was about to crass, Melanie Fixed all of these plus more,
WOW and thank you is all I can say.

Mark was the technician. He was also outstanding. He really knew his stuff. He spoke especially well. He also had the patience of a saint. He was the best technician I have ever Had!

Great team!

P.S. Can you please send me a list of everything that fixed. Thank you

It took many attempts during the last week since January 1st 2019 to resolve the problem. Part of the problem was debugging that needed to be done by Spectrum Wireless due to them installing a new Community WiFi in my apartment complex.
US Global Techs also cleaned my computer of viruses which I appreciate. The Driver had to be reinstalled at least 4 times not until I opened my Bible and began reading scripture did the printer finally start printing. Praise Almighty GOD! The process has been frustrating but seems to be finally resolved. Thank You for all your help.

As I said, I appreciate having a back up at hand 24/7. I am elderly and at my wit's end when I called and didn't know what to expect. I had no problems. The tech understood what I was explaining and was very empathetic. I felt at ease with him and confident that he could fix the problem. I'm not very proficient in technical matters and have had to learn not to trust people on the internet. I want to thank the techs that fixed my computer while I made dinner. Both done at the same time! I am tickled pink with the result. I am glad to have the protection that McAfee provides. I've kept it for all of my computers for the past 20 years. This is the first time I've used the tech support and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again.

I was very concerned when I had a problem with my computer. I am not very literate re: computers! Melanie put me right at ease and assured me she could assist with my problem. She thought she could resolve my problem in 3 or 4 hours and she was right on the button! Thank you Melanie! She also got me a discount for one years service at a great rate. Again, thank you, Melanie. I look forward to telling my elderly friends about this service, they will be pleased too.

I contacted Kaspersky for a support request, and they had US Global Tech contact me. At which point I was immediately offered an annual service subscription for up to three computers for $249.99, just to get rid of malware and whatever damage has already been caused on my computer. I didn't feel 100% comfortable with Kisha's call. I am skeptical when anybody asks for my computer's password, and other personal info. So she could've been more professional and sensitive with how she answered my concerns. She didn't do much to assure me. I took the risk and did it anyway. But more training in that area would be great. A lot more training.

This young man was so very kind and understanding of my total inability to relate to any techy terms that he used. He looked into my computer and seen that there was many problems that I had and I told him how much they irritated me and he addressed those also. I just wish that there were many more like him. Can you clone him?

I got a notice concerning my account maybe hacked was transferred to Eric to check my system, he assured me that some one was trying to hack my account. Therefore, he took the time to offer me a service that would protect my computer from being hacked in the near future. I am happy that I took Eric's advice and purchase monthly premium service to fix my problems concerning my security.

US Global Tech helped me at the last minute when I was having issues with my computer. I could not get my work cases to download. They fixed my issues with a reasonable price. Now I am stress free when using my computer. Global Tech called me during their fix and provided information regarding my computer. I am satisfied with their service.

What I like the most is...

What I like the most is... I did business w/Eileen Carlos about 6 months ago... When I called the number to reach her for renewing my Webroot w/U.S. Global, she answered the phone. How often in this day and age does that happen? I'm very happy w/the service, as I am disabled due to an 18 wheeler hit/run accident. I do need that extra, dependable, help, patience, and service, and that is what I again received today. Thank you. So far, so good.

I think I spoke to several techs, one being Marc, the others's names I don't know. All were very patient because I was woken from a sleep and a little slow. All the techs were very nice and it appears that my computer is running normal again.
