I wasn't sure what happened to cause my computer to work poorly. I initially tried to add McAfee to protect my computer, which didn't work. When I accessed the technical service, the customer support person assured me that they could help. My computer was not only cleaned, but the McAfee program was also installed correctly. Everything is working great. Because I'm not so tech savvy, it makes me nervous to work with someone on-line whom I don't know. However, all fears were laid to rest and the individuals who worked with me did a great, professional job. I'm very happy with my service, no reservations.

Your technician and customer service person were very helpful and courteous. The technician I have worked with several times now and he always helps me and goes "above and beyond" consistently. It is a pleasure doing business with Global Tech because of the great customer service always provided by my technician today and previously!

System had slowed considerably but suddenly I could no longer access my AOL email though the rest of AOL functions seemed to work OK. Called tech help line and they cleaned up the system of various embedded virus problems, restored AOL to full function and in general did a no hassle thorough, professional job. Computer runs like new again. Well worth the effort.

The US Global Tech technicians cleaned up malware that was on 2 of my computers. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I tried to fix the computers myself through youtube videos and the Apple website but had no luck. I finally got in touch with US Global Tech. They did everything. In fact, on one of the computers we could not remember the Apple password and the technician happily walked me through the process on the apple website to reset it. Both computers are working like new now. I could not be happier!

The global tech person was very patient in helping me. My technology skills are not the greatest at age 88 but the tech person was most helpful and now I can use my computer again with more confidence.

Charley was excellent in helping to resolve the issue with connecting my wireless printer to the network. He was patient, professional, and poised in a difficult situation that was presented when my service provider upgraded the router for internet connection.

I am very pleased that he was available when I called; I could not have gotten better service!

It is a tool to make sure that data and information are safe. Users are so concerned about leakage of data and trusting someone is a big problem. Good, we have the US Global tech that would help solve this problem.

I did not have any issues with the tech support group which include Melanie, Cess and probably 10 other techs I had contact with. Everyone of them had a lot of patience with the issues I had. They were very kind and professional. MYy issues were because of internet connections that kept them working so long on my tech. Problems which were quite a few. We had a lot of I think virus or some that would do a lot of damage to our computer. Mike the tech that helped us went through it and cleaned it out. Was very positive that if we had any other issues to call and he would help us with it. Being Senior citizens he made us feel very comfortable.

Darwin was great

Darwin was great. He listened to our issue and explained what he could do to assist us. He was patient with me and readily understood what I needed. Once he connected to my computer, he did the very same. He walked me through everything so that I had answers to any questions. It was a painless experience.

Fantastic service
November 9, 2018

Fantastic service. The technicians were understanding and explained everything which was wrong with my computer. I could follow along with the tech on the screen as she explained and showed me various infections in my computer. They had me hang up and continued to clean my computer and called me when they were done and my Scanner was working perfect. Everything is working now so I can send my college assignments without a problem.
