Very Professional, Great Customer Service

McAfee was fixing my computer and they used USGlobal

We just finished a complete cleanup of my computer, and it is running smoothly. I have not been able to enjoy my games sessions on the computer for a long period of time, due to pop ups and etc. I thank Global Tech has done a great job getting myself back to Using speed. My technician was polite and patient with my limited knowledge. Lily explained everything that she saw wrong, but how it could be fixed. I liked that she suggested, but did not push for add and clean-up my computer. She allowed me to make-up my own mind.

Quick and thorough. They identified a virus and cleaned up my computer and updated McAfee, which I didn't realize was out of date. Very thankful for their help.

The technician was very nice and very knowledgeable. My computer was fixed in less than 3 hours and the tech that called back was also very courteous and helped me. I was very satisfied with this experience.

I needed an up grade for my computer. I live in the country and have a satellite dish, but it is still not very fast. I signed into Us Global tech to upgrade. Bless them all. They spent over 9 hours upgrading my computer. They had to manually do this and it was very time consuming. I cannot say enough about how great they were and so very patient. I will use no other company.
