I was very impressed with Eileen and all the help she has given me today. She explained everything so well.

I had a new hard drive installed today but needed to get my Webroot protection back up and running. My technician took care of everything very quickly and was incredibly professional and polite. We are very pleased with our service today and most always! Thank you very much!

Quick service. I was notified of problems in my computer and they helped me correct them. Then they were able to connect my new printer wirelessly.

Lance was sharp and very efficient. He solved all my problems very quickly. I told him I was glad he was on the side of the "good guys". :)

I apparently had some malware on my computer and was unable to open documents that I downloaded. I tried to fix myself but it was so overwhelming. US Global Tech was able to remove the malware and I can now see all my pdf documents. Thanks and kudos to Darwin at US Global Tech for his help, professionalism and expertise!

My computer is several years old and never had been serviced or had anyone go through it and take out the junk. Dan spent over two hours working on the computer getting the excess files out and installing a new copy of MacAfee for me. He was patient and hard working and answered all of my question. On a 5 star scale I would give him 6 stars.

I was having problems with some Boston Acoustic 745 Speacker which I supposed was due to Viruses and Malware. The Team cleaned my register and the Pop Ups are gone,?The tower is running much better. Sadly
The speaker system still persist. Nothing last forever
