I have unknowingly been letting viruses and malware into my brand-new beautiful iMac. I thought I wasn't downloading bad things from the internet, but I was. By sheer dumb luck, I ordered McAfee Antivirus, had trouble installing it on my iphone (because my system had been corrupted), called for help, and got connected with U.S. Global Tech. The technician, Dan by name, was kind, helpful, patient, understanding, and of course extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He resolved all my problems with a minimum of fuss (on his part; I was fussing in the background) and answered all my questions kindly, helpfully, patiently, and understandingly. L have signed up for a year's worth of technical support from U.S. Global Tech, and plan to keep rolling it over as long as my fingers can hit the keys. Signed, Grateful in North Ridgeville

Originally I had issues trying to add my printer after changing a cable company with a new modem.
The tech advised me that I needed to update my programs, and cleaned a lot of the "trash,"however, still couldn't get the printer to work.
Someone was supposed to call me Monday nite, 05-0-2017, but did not receive a call, someone was supposed to contact me Tuesday nite (05-02-2017), no call again.
After speaking to people on Monday and Tuesday during the day, and today, Wednesday (05-03-2017), Lanse(Lance) was able to assist in setting up my printer.
I am very disappointed in having to pay out money when the resolution was not attained on Sunday, April 30th, going through several hours of trying to reset the WPS, was not fun.
I really think I should get back some kind of payment back for all the headaches and stress this has caused.
I will see how this service works, and I may call a few times to get a little bit computer savvy, if not I will cancel the service.

Everytime I have contacted the company, I have received excellent service. I have great reception and have no problems when everything is corrected by Norton. I would recommend this service to my friends so they can get the same type of service I have received.
