We hired this rental car for a week for a trip around Sorrento.
The car was reasonably clean, the exterior was slightly damaged, but nothing to worry about - only paint scratches.
The whole process of taking the car and bringing it back was uncomplicated and worked well.
At the end of the rental period we had to insist that the car was inspected from the Customer Service to exclude any new damages during our rental period. Finally, it worked all out fine though. So I don't have any complaints and can recommend USave.

My flight was delayed and they delivered the car late. When I returned it, I encountered heavy traffic. I reported that I was late and when I arrived, the delivery of the vehicle was quick, as was the transfer to the airport.

The "extra cost" paid when picking up the rented car has not been refunded to this day - despite the promise. Since there was no damage to the car, the clerk promised that the money would be returned within a few days. Well, that didn't happen. They didn't give me any invoice or certificate for the money deducted. I feel like I've been cheated, it was all lies.
