Picked up from the airport as soon as I called to say we'd arrived. Did the paperwork at the office, which is about a 7minute drive from the airport, and off we went. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them for their competitive prices and good quality rental cars.
Bonne expérience de façon générale pour la prise en main du véhicule mais on m'a demandé de filmer pour mon compte l'état du véhicule. Le tour du véhicule n'a pas été fait avec les réceptionnistes. A la remise du véhicule il y a eu un petit desacord sur l'état de la voiture qui aurait pu être éviter si le tour du véhicule aurait été fait correctement au départ.

Arrivato all'aeroporto ho telefonato al numero USAVE e dopo 10 minuti è arrivata la navetta che mi ha portato al parcheggio dove era già pronta la macchina, pulita e con il pieno, auto con 2000 km, praticamente nuova.

Had to wait an hour for a pick up at the airport as we were "too early". We had booked an Automatic but was given a Manual car. The staff at the Office were otherwise efficient and friendly and the rest of the booking went smoothly annd we were dropped back at the airport with no issues. The Toyota Aygo was very new and was an enjoyable drive.

My flight was going to arrive after hours of operation. The Manager at Abbotsford airport said that he would come back to the office and meet me for the signing of the contract and to issue the car, This extra service along with being the cheapest rental over all the competitors. Thank You Wayne N.

I came to pick up the car and they handed me papers to sign. I have made reservation without any extra services online, there was a sum to be paid written. I didn't double-check before signing the papers and they just added extra services without telling me. So it was a very unprofesional move by the worker there. The car was very good, everything was quite nice, except this one thing.

A gépkocsi átvétele esetén - tekintettel arra, hogy kb. 1,3 km-re van a repülőtértől az iroda és a reptéren, illetve a közelében lévő autókölcsönzők semelyike semennyire sem tudott útbaigazítani - nagyon nagy segítség volna, ha az érkezéskor valaki a vendég (bérlő) elé jönne a reptérre egy kis táblával. Visszafelé ez nagyon flottul ment, az autó leadását követően az iroda munkatársa elvitt a reptérig.
