They looked pretty cool! I bought 2 pairs on April 10th. But I haven't received them or heard about it since then. I thought it was taking a while, and then it started feeling suspicious when the tracking number hadn't updated. I looked on here just now, and it's kind of a bummer to see the same thing is happening to everyone else. Hopefully we all get them any day, but I'm seriously doubting it. I've been scammed like this before.

Edit: I just got a very kind and legit seeming email back about why I haven't received my shoes yet. They explained why it was happening and said they were sorry for the delay. They reassured me that they are a real company as well because I had mentioned my concerns. I will come back here to edit this with another update when I find out the truth. Maybe I really will get my awesome shoes and this rating will change; maybe I'm terribly gullible and just as scammed as I was before.
Time will tell.

Edit(current): Time has told! I was genuinely surprised to find the two pairs of shoes I ordered in the mail today. I had waited since April 9th, and received them August 3rd. All that said, they seem nice! The green ones are lined with fur, so they will be better for winter, but the brown ones are not, so I look forward to wearing them soon. The bottoms do not have very serious tread, but they seem just fine for normal, casual wear.

So, I'll begin by saying that I was one of the most critical people of this company for the last 2 months. I had the exact same experience as many of you; where I ordered, thought for sure I was scammed, contacted them several times, and got templated responses saying they "are experiencing delays due to COVID". I wrote a scathing review on here a few weeks ago (sitejabber seems to have taken it down) and I questioned the reviews of a few people on here who stated they had received the shoes (also now removed), thinking they were fake accounts made by Oulos to keep the scam going as long as possible before they were shut down. I ordered back on April 21st, and had completely given up hope on ever receiving these, but today I surprisingly got them in the mail (see the photo with today's newspaper and the package the shoes arrived in). They seem to be roughly as advertised, so in closing I just need to say: Oulos appears to be a small company that is just starting out and may be a bit out of their league and unable to keep up with orders, so their shipping is brutally slow. Hopefully you all get your orders soon, but I suspect with the amount of negative reviews and how the slow shipping makes the company look like a scam, they probably will not be able to stay afloat for too much longer.

I ordered these shoes on May 1. I have been told everything from "they will arrive on May 9th" to "they have just left the plant in China" to "they have been delivered to the USPS" to "things are slow because of COVID 19" Will now try to have my credit card company obtain a return.

Ordered Size 10.5 shoes April 27th - Size 6.5 shoes arrived May 20th.
Not a big deal. Covid 19 and whatever else is going on. I attempt to initiate an exchange on May 22nd.
"Sophia Brown" replies, "I am contacting our fulfillment center."
No contact for weeks, so I check in again June 10th.
"Sophia Brown" again, "Your order has shipped."
Great. I wait another month. Nothing. I reply again on July 7th, "I have not received anything from your company."
So called Sophia Brown, "You're order arrived May 20th. Contact FedEx." She provided my original order tracking number.
I respond that I am attempting to make an exchange because I received the incorrect shoe.
Fake person Sophia Brown sends me pdf file that I have to fill out and send with the shoes.The address is in Spain. " Rafal Vílchez, Nawual. Calle Juan Domingo Gálvez Pérèz, 1,******* Lopera, Jaén. Spain" I've never shipped anything internationally. I can't even figure out if this is even an address... Google shows some castle. If you ordered shoes from this company and got what you ordered I am so jealous of you.

Zamówione buty i opłacona przesyłka priorytetowa że śledzeniem. I od tego momentu firma nie odpowiada na maile lub odsyła do nieaktualnych informacji a zamówienie nie jest wysłane, nie można go anulować ani odzyskać pieniędzy. Jak to możliwe że po tylu podobnych skargach takie firmy nadal reklamują i sprzedają w internecie. Oczywiście nie mam zamiaru odpuścić moich pieniędzy i zgłoszę naruszenie moich praw w każdej dostępnej przestrzeni i w każdej możliwej instytucji konsumenckiej.
