Puma's shoes become worn out very quick. Got some puma sneakers back in late December 2022 as of late March 2023 the shoe started to tear. The front of it also started to crease as well and rubber is starting to tear and come off. The shoes are of low quality and are not cheap which is disappointing. If you want shoes, buy from another company other than puma.
The customer service representative was incompetent. I nearly spelled everything on the order and there were still mistakes. I never received confirmation of my order and was given incorrect information about delivery. It has been 48 hrs since I placed my order and I already called back 3 times to get information. I just got off the phone with a representative and you could hear his poor attitude and insincere handling of my call. I wish that I checked customer reviews first, but maybe this will help someone else avoid my mistake in doing business with PUMA.
Hi just a heads up please do not order any item from puma official website. They do not have proper tracking system and you have to pay the all expenses. Ex:- duty, shipping charge also if you want to return the product you have to pay and you won't get the refund. This is the puma's main profits. Be aware of it.
My best choice to ordering online from Nike, Adidas, New balance really faster shipping with no charges and returns are totally free also they will refund you the full amount right after they received the package.
Please do not spend time with Puma customers rep totally waste of time.

Please be mindful when purchasing the puma carina sneaker. I reached out to the company to let them know of the cracking on both top of my sneakers with pictures and receipt that they requested. Only to get a I will give you 30% off your next puma purchase. WHY would I want to purchase again when clearly the quality of this sneaker is poor. How about refund me 30% of my monies in return, sorry we can not go beyond this accommodation. This is a replicable company and they should want to make sure there customers are satisfied. I wore these sneakers very little because I love shoes, I will not purchase another puma product. I will make all my social media family and friends aware so they will not endure the same issue going forward.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and realized based on the confirmation email that it will arrive late for what I need them for so I tried to cancel. I'm talking about a few hours time. Well, I couldn't do it online so I called. No luck with the management, not even to pay extra and expedite. Now I have to speak with one of my friends to come get the packages while I'm not home and when coming back from vacation I'm going to have to return them. Waste of time and money over a simple cancellation before shipping. I was told it takes 1 to 3 days to ship and considering that it's Friday, we can imagine they're not going to do it until Mon or Tue. Bad business! I was loyal to the brand. Not anymore! Management needs to be thought soft skills!
I had to deduct one star because of the pricing issues at the puma site. Sometimes the outlet had the item for far less while it was sold higher on the internet site. I called for a price match and they would not do it but gave me 20% (I already had received my order). You can return items and get your money back, but how inconvenient is that. Just price match with your self and your competitors PUMA! Once again you have to do your homework with this site and make sure it is offering the best price. Good products and a wide variety of puma goods including collaborations. Update: Puma had to change its web site to us.puma.com. If you go to the old site it was taken over by scammers.
I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago and it said I would receive my order within 5 days. Every day I check the tracking and my sneakers are sitting in another state. They changed the date of delivery 4 times already and until this morning the past couple of days it couldn't give me a date. It says they will arrive tomorrow but if they dont I will be cancelling them and getting my money back.
Bought my 1st pair of sneakers back in February. They were by far, the most comfortable sneaker I have ever owned, however, within 2 weeks of wear, I noticed the tops, above where your feet are, started wearing. Within a few days after, I had holes on both sneakers. I though it was a fluke, so I bought another pair, and those ones did the same thing, within wearing them after a few weeks! My coworker's did the same thing. These sneakers aren't cheap, price wise, but the quality is. I will no longer be purchasing. Pictures are of both pairs.

I am a nurse and I swear by the Puma Prowl. This shoe should be the shoe that the nursing profession looks to. With the thick cut ankle socks. The rubber sole helps me react to emergencies faster by making it there safely and quickly. It is a pull on so there are no laces to trip over. The fabric helps my feet breath. I found this shoe almost two years ago and have worn it ever since.
Was extremely satisfied with my experience with Puma. I ordered a total of 3 pairs of shoes and received promotional backpack along with my purchase. With the free shipping my order came to about $150 (which is the same as buying one pair of expensive puma's with tax!)
I plugged in my credit card information during checkout and soon received an email the following day confirming my order and providing the tracking number. My package arrived exactly when they said it would arrive and all of my products were exactly as described.
I would definitely recommend others using this site if they want to buy puma shoes.
I ordered a pair of trainers from Puma online and was sent the wrong pair (wrong design and different size). They advised to send them back for a refund and 40 days later I am still waiting. I have phoned and emailed numerous times and just get told they will 'forward my request to the corresponding team'. On a couple of occasions I have been blatantly lied to, presumably just to get rid of me. I also had a 60% discount code which I was told I would be given another one so that I could order again at the same price. It took 5 weeks to get this. Absolutely awful customer service.
I have like Puma trainers, but even with the discount code I have decided to never shop here again.

Big hole under both insoles with just a few months of light wear. Having bought direct with Puma.com, contacted them directly but they refused to do anything due to the time since purchase (I'd not worn them for a few months after purchase).

I bought several clothing items during a big sale and they were far from being worth even the discounted price. These are extremely low quality fabrics. The shirts are paper thin and get worse after the first wash (logos peeling, fading, stretched into awkward shapes...), the sweats and sweatshirts are extremely thin and start pilling immediately. Everything I bought will end up in the trash after 2-3 wears. They have better quality clothing at the dollar store.
Been waiting 6 days for what should have been a 2 day delivery, so I emailed them to find out how much longer it was likely to take and they said the parcel was on its way back as I forgot to put the floor level on the delivery address (my fault not theirs) so I then emailed them with the correct address and haven't heard back from them since, despite ringing and emailing numerous times. Really frustrating because I checked with the online tracking and i gave them the correct address before the parcel even left the state, in fact the processing warehouse was right near my house I could have driven and picked it up my damn self. Since they never replied to me it's now all the way back in it's origin state, I'm down $250 and I haven't heard anything out of them since. Will contact fair trading if I don't hear from them within the week
I bought a pair of men's running shoes direct from Puma Canada. The side of the one shoe started coming apart. I called customer service and they instructed me how to sent in a report with pictures of the problem and etc. After sending in the report and picture I get an e mail saying they will give full credit back to my credit card and to expect it is 4 to 5 business days. After about 8 business day I did not receive any credit so I call again and they said they would put it through and it would show up in 2 business days. Now it is over 2 weeks later and NO CREDIT? They are now sending me emails asking for the same info I already give them? Terrible company to deal with.
The worst customer service and horrible delivery! Please don't bother order anything from puma. I been waiting for my package for almost a month. I call customer service they're a joke useless waste of time calling customer service all they continue to repeat is your package is with FED ex not with puma. Their way of taking zero accountability for any delivery issues. What makes the matter worse is they wont give you your money back until you go through all this red tape bull crap with fed ex updating a claim for delivery. Its not worth the stress to buy from puma.com. Oh yeah they'll tell you I would not have a delivery problem if I paid the extra $21 for delivery. They're a joke! This is why amazon is putting these companies out of business!
Where are my shoes?! I ordered 3 pairs and only got 2! However it says all 3 shoes were in the order and the order was completed. I can't get anyone on the phone, no one responds to their email and their live chat fails because no one is on the other line. Crap company. Stay away.

I placed an order from Puma.com on the 28/06/2018, Items were on sale! Informed Puma via email on 16/07/2018 that the order had not been received. Response 3 days later to tell me they are looking into it and will contact me. 08/08/2018 no contact from Puma, another email sent. 17/08/2018 Still no response from Puma, so I called there Customer Services and I was informed that I would not be receiving the goods that I ordered and they would refund my money. I asked for the order to be fulfilled ( all items still in stock). Puma refused.
If you expect any customer service do not use this Company.
Amazing how quick company's take you're money but when they muck up, the answer is tough, we don't care.
I purchased these shoes less than a year I want to say, they do not get worn regularly as I work in an office and have other tennis shoes...The SOLES ARE FAKE and the shoe cracks - These shoes are not in bad shape AT ALL. They refuse to take responsibility. Spend your money elsewhere.
