Our washer and dryer were delivered by a very professional carrier that kept us posted when their delivery truck had mechanical problems and were delayed. They changed trucks and still made our delivery on the same day as scheduled. We've done some remodeling and finally have the Electrolux washer and dryer installed. They are so much larger than our previous Asko machines, and work great! We are still figuring out all the settings. The only regret we may have is not paying the extra $200 for the stainless steel drum in the dryer. We purchased the 500 series rather than the upgrade 600. We're also not sure if the Perfect Steam function will affect our back walls since it vents steam. We saved hundreds of dollars from purchasing the appliances from Michigan rather than buying in Arizona.

Your site was easy to use and the prices were great. The only down side was the lack of communication about the length between ordering and delivery. It would have been nice to receive email updates, but I had to call a few times to get updates. You should mention on your site that you won't ship until you have all the items. But it overall it was a great experience.

Product came earlier than expected. R&L Carriers was very pushy in scheduling delivery and was forced to schedule earlier than when I wanted. (Actually said that it would get damaged if it sat in their warehouse. Delivery driver was very professional and diligent. I suggest the section for "curbside only" delivery be a little more prominent.

Purchased a $7,500.00 Viking Oven that did not work on arrival. US Appliance Promised to get back to me and after many attempts to resolve did absolutely nothing. Contacted Viking Directly to assist and after troubleshooting and a repair visit acknowledged the fact that US Appliance shipped us a defective unit from their Inventory. Now seeing other negative reviews I wish I never made a purchase from them. Stay Away!
