I should have updated this review some time ago. First thing first - if you purchase anything from US-Appliance, you must follow to the letter their product acceptance requirements. Generally this means that you have a very limited window to respond. If you don't, you will likely be responsible for the cost of any repairs that are required. However, I ultimately found a customer service representative that was very helpful and ultimately resolved my issue. I was able to return my oven and get a replacement. It took finding that right person and to plead my case but they made it right in the end. Saved a lot by using US-Appliance.
While the customer service representatives do really try, it isn't worth it. The first time my appliances arrived completely damaged and broken and I was accosted by the driver for trying to refuse them. The second time I paid the extra money to have them brought inside the house and was yelled at by the delivery guys for asking them to bring them in and told "this isn't what you paid for." They then just left my refrigerator on the porch and refused to bring it in. Eventually they did send people back to move it in but I had to miss 3 days of work dealing with it all.
Order specified 1-4 weeks for delivery, which is in the era of 2day shipping is enormous. After numerous ignored emails, called in and found out it would be another month minimum! Zero notification to the customer that the order was utterly back ordered. AWFUL!
I have had the washer four months (Sep 2020) and it quit washing and stopped draining water out... I called but only a 30 day guarantee. Now I would have to pay them for labor and parts to fix -- I guess I should have bought a brand new one from a reputable company. I see why they do not stand by their junk!

Do not order parts from USA-Appliance parts. I purchased and paid for a part via paypal and received confirmation that it was in their shipping process. The next morning I received a text message that the order had cancelled. I checked back to their website and that same part was in stock at a higher price. I called multiple times and was never able to reach anyone so I left messages and never heard back.
Nervous about ordering an appliance online and receiving - not anymore. Great service and safe delivery. No damage to the Range and the US Appliance representative professional and helpful. The carrier service was also professional and helpful.
Be prepared to wait for your order due to Covid product delays (not US Appliance's fault), but the order was delivered as expected and US Appliance provided excellent service and updates during the waiting process. Love my new Weber grill!
When I was first looking for a washer/dryer and came across US Appliance I was skeptical because I didn't know anything about them. Online reviews were enough for me to give them a shot and placed an order. The dryer ended up being backordered everywhere for 8 months because of COVID and them all being stuck on the wrong side of the world. The first time I called, US Appliance was super friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. They helped me look for what they did have and told me if I found what I was looking for somewhere else they would refund my purchase, no questions asked. I ended up going with another brand that was in stock at another store and called US Appliance again to cancel my order. Again, even knowing I was canceling they were incredibly friendly. I can't recommend this company enoguh.

Make sure that when you decide to purchase your appliance, you take into consideration your location in the US.
US Appliance is located in Michigan and we are located in Arizona. This being said, US Appliance wants to keep the cost down for their customers and therefore will wait to ship to Arizona until they have enough appliances traveling to the (in my case) Southwest.
So if you plan accordingly and are not in a hurry 3 to 8 weeks) until you need to receive the appliance, this is definitely the place to go!

I was very apprehensive about ordering our new washer/dryer from US Appliance after reading some reviews online. It seemed most of the negative feedback was pertaining to the shipping company used and not US Appliance. I went ahead and ordered because the price was SO much better than HD, Lowes, Sears, etc. I was going to install myself, so the reviews about bad installers did not worry me and I planned on not accepting shipment if the washer/dryer boxes looked like some of the pictures on Yelp. I am so glad I took the chance on US Appliance. I saved over $400 in discounts along with the free shipping and no sales tax. They quoted me 3-5 business days when I ordered on Thursday. The washer/dryer were delivered by ABF freight before noon on Monday. The truck driver was very nice and wheeled the pallet right into the spot I had cleared in my garage. The boxes were in perfect condition and the driver had no problem waiting for me to open them up and inspect for damage before signing. The washer/dryer were in brand new condition with all manuals and accessories included. I installed them yesterday and they are working great. Others may have had bad experiences with delivery time, damage or installers but my experience was fantastic and I plan on purchasing all future appliances from US appliance.
I found US Appliance during a routine internet search while I was shopping for my new Sharp LC-52SE94U LCD HDTV. Being the online affiliate of a local company in my state of Michigan, ABC Warehouse and having been in business for almost as many years as I have been around made the decision to use them very comfortable. I was apprehensive to use an online retailer to get a discount on my tv over the big retail stores after reading reviews about the outfits mainly in New York. I have determined that the guys in the Big Apple are nothing more than scam artists with hard upsells and very bad attitudes if you the customer have issues, but I digress. U.S. Appliance had an excellent price offering on my tv with free white glove home delivery. My email inquiries were answered promptly and very much to my satisfaction. Their order processing went smoothly and with much attention to detail. The upshot being I ordered my tv on a Monday and it was delivered to my door on Saturday morning! Their delivery people were very curtious in helping me move my old tv, un pack the new Sharp LCD and place it where I needed it to be. Thank you very much U S Appliance! I'll be back!

Great...let's see how good you are at follow through...wow! It was her in 6 days. Had a little trouble with credit card but worked out. We were able to track order on computer until its last leg on a local trucking company. Received a call from trucker on delivery day. Went great.
I am a returning customer. Bought appliance 5 years ago and very happy.i did have one of the new ones just received have a small linear scratch/dent on front after we got packaging off it a few days later but for my purpose not a big deal.
Answer: Their website states there is a 60 day refund policy. A one day claim policy makes there 60 day refund policy false/deceptive advertising.
