I was very excited to find what appeared to be a great deal on a set of kitchen appliances. I ordered 1/30/2021 in which 9 received an email stating 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. I called the end of February asking time frames & if I want home would the appliance be left outside? I was informed my appliances would arrive around the end of March, but the fridge was on back order & would be a few weeks later. I called again 4/30 as I still have not heard anything & have not received any products. They now said I should receive them around the end of May & the fridge is still on back order & may be delivered a couple months after. So I have now been without a stove for 3 months. The people I have spoken with qt customer service are friendly. I was informed no appliance place have things available due to covid. I have contacted other places which confirmed they could get items delivered to be within a couple of weeks. Now I don't know if I should cancel my order to purchase elsewhere for more or continue waiting & hope they will not add additional months every month ad it had been so far. I'm very disappointed to the point I'm scared something else will be wrong when/if I get the items.
The oven was shipped damaged, and as it wasn't reported within 24 hours they took no responsibility, they also had no interest in helping me get a replacement part number. Awful company. The sales assistant was rude and dismissive.
I placed a $2,500 plus order on 11/22/15. The delivery did not arrive until 2/8/16 and they were not at all proactive to try to resolve. I had to reach out to them to even find out what was going on after 5 weeks. Then they delivered the wrong color dishwasher and would do nothing to resolve. This company is awful.
First, I have been a loyal customer for years - until now. Obviously something has changed. I bought a dishwasher ($900) that looked fine when delivered but the stacked something on it or dropped it causing the tub to be out of shape allowing water to leak. After running through hoops (pictures, repair man, etc) they said it was clearly damaged and shouldn't have been installed and it is my problem. Don't buy from these crooks.
DON'T buy from them. I ordered a washer and dryer and opened them shortly after they arrived and notified them there was damage to the dryer (scratches on one side and out of alignment as if it had been twisted). It happened to be trash day, so in the meantime I put the box at the curb. When I spoke with customer service they would not take it back, would not return my follow up email. You could tell by the questions their person asked were designed to find any reason not to accept a return the appliance.
I wish I had found all the negative reviews prior to ordering from thm. Shame on you US appliance! I will never order from them again...
US Appliance claims on their webpage that large appliance orders will be received in between 1 and 3 weeks time. This is simply false. Our delivery is scheduled 31 days after the order was placed, and we don't know yet whether it will actually come by then. We were never notified of any delay and it was only through repeated phone calls that we were told anything. We only received the correct date that the order was even shipped from their store after the third phone call. The prices are reasonable, but the customer service is poor.
I understand deliveries can be delayed, especially depending on time of year, and covid stalls. I ordered a dishwasher and junction box the end of October. The email confirmation said 1-4 weeks with a Covid19 caveat that said it may take an additional 30 days. I had not heard anything by end of November so called, and was told I should have it by December 31. I finally got a shipping notification the beginning of January. The shipping company then sent a delivery date, that date came and went, I called and set up another appointment, again with no show for my appliance. Several more phone calls and on the 4th delivery date I got the appliance but no junction box -- so this does NO good. I called and got disconnected three times before I could talk to someone in customer service. I am told they will look into it and hopefully get back to me NEXT week and then re-ship it. I requested they just ship one overnight as I have waited just shy of three months! Seriously, great prices but i would not do this again and will not recommend it to anyone.
Zero stars for US Appliance. This business misrepresented their shipping policy and they are awfully rude. Their representative said that they could split and ship the order as the appliances became available. It was a specific question because I was planning to break down the order into smaller orders for expedience. I was told that they would split the shipments as the items became available. I sent emails regularly to check on the order and request shipping what was available at that time and no one said anything about a charge. All of a sudden months later, they say they will charge a shipping fee each time to deploy the order. Moreover, the manager Ron is extremely ignorant, with his facts and manners. He categorically states that no one said they would split and ship and that the customer heard what they wanted to hear. No, perhaps your colleague didn't understand the question or was not transparent about the policy. Ron didn't look into it or talk to anyone, he just said it didn't happen. There are many emails where the salespeople could have shared this policy but they never did until now. On top of misrepresenting their policy, this business provides a very disorganized and unfriendly customer experience. Ron hung up the phone and said he is "done" because any version of the story other than his is just wrong even though he wasn't in the conversation and didn't check. US Appliance is a disaster and if you buy from them you will regret it. Their website is also misleading with self-selected reviews. Check their Yelp and BBB for the real reviews.
Ordered a Weber Summit grill center model *******, they sent a leftover from 2 years ago model *******. The salesman assured me it was the latest model but poof. They sent me the old one sitting on the shelf granted it was new but it sat for 2 years. US appliances answer if it breaks call weber

This is the first time I actually bought an appliances online and at first it was good nice transaction but on the end i had a terrible experience nov. 6 black friday price 2199 then on nov. 25 the price went down to 1999, but guys wont price match it. Horrible.
Beware. On 10/31/15 I placed an order for headphones. After a couple of days I checked the status of the order and the website showed that the order had been "rejected". I called and was sent to voice mail where i left a message. I received no return call so I bought headphones elsewhere. Then on 11/6 a charge from US Appliance showed on my bank statement. I called US Appliance and after being transferred back and forth was told that the item had been shipped incorrectly and that they would have to wait until the item came back to maybe give me a credit. Today is 11/13 no headphones no refund. Buyer beware, a lot of mistakes by this company and no attempt to correct the mistakes or provide any type of customer service
I give this company a zero. The very expensive gas range we purchased for our son for Christmas came with a huge dent in the top. It should be a crime to sell damaged merchandise as new. Do not do business with this company!
I live on a narrow 2 lane road with no sidewalks or even space to pull off the road. R&L Trucking dropped the appliences off on the road where they could be hit by traffic. I ask the driver to go up the driveway to drop them off but he refused, saying he didn't make the rules. I have a circular driveway, and I have had large trucks drive it with no problems. There is no need to even turn around or back out. Now I have over 600 pounds of appliences I have to get off the street and up to my house. How am I going to do that?
They provided no remedy for a $1,300 appliance that was found to be damaged when the technician attempt to install. US appliance held my money for 2.5months before they finally delivered the product and now they refuse to honor their obligation.
Not recommended. You pay 140 for the visit. Then they don't fix it and schedule and appointment an other day. And no show up, no answer phone, no text nothing.
Purchased a $7,500.00 Viking Oven that did not work on arrival. US Appliance Promised to get back to me and after many attempts to resolve did absolutely nothing. Contacted Viking Directly to assist and after troubleshooting and a repair visit acknowledged the fact that US Appliance shipped us a defective unit from their Inventory. Now seeing other negative reviews I wish I never made a purchase from them. Stay Away!
I ordered a package of appliances and a few days later called back to order the gun metal pedestals for my washer and dryer. They never got delivered and when i called about them the customer service person Beverley actually hung up on me. They claim i never ordered it and when i spoke to manager, even though I have proof of the 549.00 purchase he claims that wasn't for the pedestals and they overcharged me by 1200 and refuse to give me my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM
I ordered two range hoods, one of them is a Kobe brand. At the time the site said they carried them and charged me money.
I didn't receive anything for over a week and then they sent me a note asking me to
Call them. It took me 3 days to finally get through the waiting and spoke to some one. I was told then they couldn't find me the Kobe hood. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order for both things, the operator said fine in a very rude way. They did send me a cancel notice in email but didn't refund my money until I asked PayPal to resolve dispute.
It's a very bad experience and won't use them again.
Horrible customer service. If you have to make a return they are going to rake you over the coals. I suspect they are very small, like less than 10 employees. Only 1 sales person and 1 customer service person...
I purchased a fridge, it didn't arrive when they said it would. I dealt with Beverly at customer service who could be hte worst customer service agent ever. I had requested inside delivery but she told me (after it left the company) that they don't do inside delivery and not only that that the truck would not drive on a gravel driveway so they were going to leave it on the road! After 3 more days or talking to them I finally had to hire 3 people here to meet them and bring the fridge inside. She also had the nerve to charge me an extra delivery charge of $140 because it was apparently on the truck the first day but they wouldn't delivery because of the gravel driveway.
Answer: Their website states there is a 60 day refund policy. A one day claim policy makes there 60 day refund policy false/deceptive advertising.
