I purchased a fridge, it didn't arrive when they said it would. I dealt with Beverly at customer service who could be hte worst customer service agent ever. I had requested inside delivery but she told me (after it left the company) that they don't do inside delivery and not only that that the truck would not drive on a gravel driveway so they were going to leave it on the road! After 3 more days or talking to them I finally had to hire 3 people here to meet them and bring the fridge inside. She also had the nerve to charge me an extra delivery charge of $140 because it was apparently on the truck the first day but they wouldn't delivery because of the gravel driveway.
I purchased a GE Builders Special Appliance Package.
Three appliances were stainless steel with black sides and trim and one appliance was stainless steel with light gray sides. They are unacceptable for use in any kitchen as a set.
The company was contacted but was not helpfull.
Why would you bother to have a dept called customer care if you don't give a hoot about your customers? They claimed to have left me a message for the delivery of my TV, but no messages or calls in my history. Then 2 days later I call to check on the status, and they tell me they can't deliver for another four days. I ws using the TV for a party that was before this delivery date. The delivery date they say it should be there by already came and went. When I told them I needed it before that date for my party they responded with, "So are you telling me you want to cacel yur order?" Piss Poor customer service. They try to bully you, and tell you how it is going to be. Well, lets see how you feel when I charge back the purchase. Go to hell U.S. Appliance you SUCK!
I ordered a refrigerator in Oct., being told it would be here by early to mid Nov. I reached out via phone and email numerous times, finally got ahold of someone a couple weeks ago who said it would be here by mid Dec. And would hear more closer to then. In the mean time, I have not heard a word since and I have tried to reach out to costumer service repeatedly via phone and email, with absolutely no recognition at all.

Beware Ordering from US Appliance. I won't saw they are CROOKS or Con men. But what they do is very close to unethical.
I was very hesitant using US Appliance, because of the recent reviews of customers waiting weeks for their appliances only to be informed that their order was cancelled. On 12/31/2011, I placed an order from US Appliance for a Whirlpool stainless steel double convection oven. On January 19,2012 I receive an email informing me that my order was cancelled and it would be 2-3 days before I would have the refund credited back to my charge card. In my case US Appliance was no help in finding any replacement for the Whirlpool Double Oven I ordered. From other review sites that I have looked at this seems to be Standard Operating Procedure at US Appliance. "
I bought a grill and a grill cover. We agreed on a delivery from 9am to 5pm. My wife and 2 kids stayed at home all day waiting for the delivery, but it never showed up.
I called them, and they argued that the delivery was here and no one answer the door and that they called me and no one answered the phone.
There were 3 humans at the house and they were not here. I sent them my phone log to showed they that I did not received any phone call. But they keep arguing that the delivery company was here...
Unbelievable. They charged me a re-delivery fee. I was hand tied because it was either paying that fee or paying the return fee, that was even more money.
Totally unfair and unprofessional.
I purchased an LG refridgerator, They charged my credit card, Then I waited for the e-mail with a delivery date.
After 3 weeks I called because I had heard nothing.
I was told they were waiting fir it from LG.
I checked every week with them until week # 7!
Still claiming it hadn't come in from LG.
I was disgusted for waitin 7 weeks and no fridge.
Csncelled order, went to local Sears, and had it delivered in 2 days!
They take your money up front, and don't deliver the product.
Do not buy from this website - I was looking for a gas oven and came across this website. I placed a seach for gas ovens in their search system and an oven came up. It was just what I thought I was looking for: right color and right dimensions. There wasn't a word in the product description that said that it's an electric oven. I purchased it thinking that I'm buying a gas oven. When we received it, I realized that I bought the wrong one. When I called them they said that because there is very few people that look for gas ovens, it's not specified anywhere in the product description whether it's a gas or electric oven. I was in that group of a very few people and I got punished; now I have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee to return it.
This is very unfair, misleading, and gives a consumer the incorrect information and forces them to purchase wrong products. They didn't want to accept that their search system was wrong.

I ordered a Refridgerator in January, recieved it and it wouldn't turn on. Called the company and they made US call a local repair seervice. Took another week to get him here. Turns out the motherboard is broken. They REFUSED to replace it and I was told I have to have a new part put in. So I guess my brand new appliance is now a repaired appliance. Well I was told the part would take 2 weeks. Talked to them today and was told the end of March. No one will do ANYTHING to help us, our fridge is still sitting in the kitchen. NEVER order from here, go to your local appliance dealers. We have no recourse, not a thing will be done. They refuse to replace it. The difference in cost was under a hundred dollars and the trouble is SO not worth it. Again, pay a few dollars extra to get much better customer service!
I have over the past 12-18 months purchased multiple major appliances from US Appliance during a leisurely progressing home renovation project. Their prices are consistently very competitive. Prior transactions other than very slow delivery times in spite of posting charges to my credit card immediately upon placing the order and NOT upon actual shipping have been generally satisfactory. It was not until my must recent order that I came to understand that you truly see the real quality, real business practice of a company not when things are going right but only when they go wrong. I most recently purchased a Bosch electric kitchen range which arrived dented and damaged. The process of resolving this matter showed the true character of a company that is absolutely insensitive to the customers satisfaction, convenience and time. A very significant amount of my time was squandered in the process of resolving this matter which finally occurred only after my disputing the credit card charge with American Express and their involvement. Never again will I do business with US Appliance.
Bought over 22,000 worth of appliances- took forever to complete order- one would not start (dishwasher) got nothing but the old run around and the Bosch phone number- took many, many hours on the phone and 5 weeks to get dishwasher repaired- there is no way they were going to exchange it. I would rate US Appliance zero stars if I could. From start to finish, our experience was a disaster. I opted to purchase from them despite subpar reviews because they assured me that the items I wanted (black stainless Kitchenaid refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave) were available in February, 2022 despite being out of stock at other big box stores. Once purchased, that ship date changed to March, then April. I began cancelling items as they became available elsewhere, and they "magically appeared" available to ship to us from US Appliance. The first range came in pristine packaging yet was very obviously dropped - there was a puncture in the side of it and both sides had large dents. We were outside of the 24-hour return window once discovered, but US Appliance charged us $240 to return it and ship a new one. The new one was also dented badly on both sides from a forklift or something? But at least no puncture... Then the dishwasher came - also in pristine packaging. Upon installation, a large dent was discovered on the interior side of the door. Again, because we are outside of the 24-hour return window, we are now stuck with it. The refrigerator is also dented on the side, but concealed and cosmetic only so it is not as concerning. I should have cancelled the entire order. The delivery person stated that this is common practice for the company and blames inadequate pallets/packaging; however, all packages appeared undamaged - almost as if they are selling damaged goods in new packaging. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US APPLIANCE UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGED ITEMS AND A LARGE HEADACHE.
September 30,2020 i spoke to a salesperson from US Appliance and over the phone purchased a gas stove for $7,810.80. I was shopping on line all day with different companies. The salesperson said he would send me an email confirmation- he did not. I assumed the purchase did not go through. I did not hear from the company again until October 19,2020 when i was notified there was shipment coming. I immediately called the number listed as i did not recognize the order. I spoke to customer service and they told me "you should be more responsible and monitor your credit card app more closely" i told them i had no idea the sale went through, i never received any invoice or confirmation of the purchase and furthermore, I didn't even recall their company name from my shopping. They immediately emailed me an invoice (on October 19,2020) acknowledging they had not sent it prior- nor had they sent terms and conditions nor had they sent a confirmation of the purchase. They refused to reverse the charges. I had to submit a dispute with American Express. They ultimately refunded $6,114.10 claiming i was responsible for cancellation fees/ shipping and handling. This product was never shipped to me. They kept $1,696.70 of my money-they never confirmed or communicated that an order was even placed! Horrible people.
I ordered my appliances 04/01/2021 from Franco and was told I would have my new appliances in 8-10 weeks. I called 06/07/2021 and was told my range would not be delivered until late 08/2021. I was upset with this information and asked why no one called to let me know of the delay.
I called again today 07/07/2021 and spoke with Ron; Manager and after I asked him why they are still taking new orders and quoting a 8-10 week deliver time when they factually know it is longer. He replied, you are calling me a liar and he saw on my order notes I was rude the last time I called. I asked if he would be upset if her spent $9266. 50 and not be upset when finding out appliances still did not have a definite delivery date? If that makes me rude by pointing out that it is unfair practice to consumers by giving them wrong information then we will call it rude. Truth is, I believe every consumer/customer has a right to know the facts on when their new PAID FOR APPLIANCES will be delivered. I have new construction kitchen and I do not have existing refrigerator or stove and guess what,,,, they do not care. Ron proceeded to tell me if I went to buy a new car that car would be back ordered for a long time. I do not see minutely the parallel in his story telling because I have a car and I bought appliances from US-Appliance under the premise that my new appliances would be delivered June 2021.
Ron is actually rude for not being a problem solver and should have called GE directly to see exactly what the problem is and how they can fix this problem which they now have made it my problem with no support or help from US-Appliance.

** Worst customer service I have ever experienced **
- Placed an order in June. Without calling me or emailing me (I have checked all mail boxes including junk) they canceled our order
- Thinking the items were on back order due to COVID I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until today to call to check up on the order.
- The sales representative I spoke with stated that due to them being so busy it was likely that my order was canceled without any follow ups and the order was originally canceled because of a billing code due to using a post office box.
- The only option left was to order online and wait another 6-8 weeks for the appliance
- I spoke with a manager who clearly did not care about this problem and rather than owning up to a mistake, very aggressively placed the blame onto me because they "emailed me several times".
- Both the sales representative and the manager stated that the email was probably blocked by Gmail as this happens often when they email customers.
This is a poor business practice. Due to COVID and the surge in appliance sales they simply did not care about my particular sale. A customer would hope that after spending several thousand dollars on a product the company would at least have the decency to call you.
I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and will take my business elsewhere.
Went to the internet to do some shopping on Kitchen Package Deals. Came across this website and seen some nice deals. Did some research and was ready to buy the LGBD1 Package Deal. It is listed as $3599, so I go to purchase this as it fits all of my needs. I go through the whole process of putting my name and everything else in go to review order, price shows $3599-$359.90(Storewide Discount)+$202.44(taxes)= $3441. 54. I click place order to only be reloaded and comes back with a price of $5330-$533(Storewide Discount)+$299.81(taxes)= $5096. 81. So of course I did not continue to complete my purchase with the price difference of $1655. 27. Called in to speak to a manager and was told that was an old price and the price is the $5330 for the package. Won't honor the advertised price on THEIR WEBSITE! I have screen shots and printed off my cart page along with the search criteria. Even went a step further and did a video record of my screen to show them I am not doing anything special and they are false advertising their prices. They proceeded to say that is the price and hung up on me eventually after I kept telling them I am looking at their site and this is the price I am seeing.
WORSE WORSE WORSE! PLACE EVER! Would not recommend them at all! Had a renovation loan pay them to send me all new appliances for my newly purchase home. Took them 3 months to send me one damn appliance, they still have my check for the last one, which they have had for over a month and I have yet to have the appliance! Considering filing a law suit! My order has been open with them since July 6, its Decemeber 30 and I still have not received my last appliance! Then had the lady Jennifer who was covering my order, LIE and say she has called me and spoken to me about what has been happening... thats what she wrote in her notes! She has yet! To call me! She has not once done so to handle anything, the reason I even got the other appliances is because I called her supervisor to handle it! Every time I wrote her an email it has taking her 1 to 2 weeks just to reply to me! Ridiculous! Then when I asked for the cooperate offices number the supervisor told me straight up "I am not going to give it to you"... WOW! He probably was worried and knew I would get them all in trouble! Places like this should just be shut down! So we can deal with people for actually care about their customers, instead of going through and wasting time on crappy business like this one!
I would like to start off by saying I made a purchase over a month ago with a man named Larry. I purchased all new appliances for a Kitchen (Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, and Fridge). The total was $1,999.00. I work for a contractor and I sent in our Reseller Permit everything to make sure that we weren't charged tax. 4 days letter I got an email saying he must have entered the card incorrectly because it didn't go through. On 4/28 I contacted US Appliance asking where my appliances were I was told they were back ordered. I was also then told that my purchase didnt go through because they couldn't verify the payment. I sent them the transaction from the bank showing that they have had the money for over a month. This morning I got an email saying they have refunded my money and to source appliances elsewhere. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I recently bought an LG TV from these guys which they said would ship within 24 hours. I received an email from them telling me the shipment from LG is delayed by more than 2 weeks. After waiting for almost 3 weeks, they told me the shipment got delayed again for another week. When they finally told me the shipment arrived, i did not receive the TV and they just told me that the number of items they received was not enough for the number of orders they currently have. I asked them for an exact date when they can make the commitment to actually send me my order that they had already charged me for and all they could tell me was that they don't have any further information.
These guys would take your money, make you wait for a month or even more if you don't follow it up, and would not take into account in their inventory or orders from the manufacturer how many units they have or need to fulfill their commitment with their customers.
They are the worst online retailer i have come across and i literally regret doing business with them.
I ordered from amazon and found a seller that does not charge tax and got the items after 2 days.

This is the first time I have ever written one of these reviews about a company, but I feel so strongly about the poor service that came from this company that I had to write it. We purchased all of our new appliances (7 items total) from US Appliance because they were undoubtedly cheaper, but the lower cost isn't worth it! They take so long delivering items and they come damaged that it ends up costing the same as other companies when all is said and done. And you have to wait for literally months to have your items delivered in good condition! We ordered all of our appliances back in October and were promised they would be to us in 2-3 weeks and we still do not have 2 of our items --- 2 1/2 months later. 2 of the items (the most expensive ones) came damaged to us and the delivery company they use is horrendous! Please take my advice and DO NOT order from them. I hope if you do use them that you have better luck than we did, and if you do order expect huge delays and frustration. If they had a zero star rating, that's what I would give them."
