I was very excited to find what appeared to be a great deal on a set of kitchen appliances. I ordered 1/30/2021 in which 9 received an email stating 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. I called the end of February asking time frames & if I want home would the appliance be left outside? I was informed my appliances would arrive around the end of March, but the fridge was on back order & would be a few weeks later. I called again 4/30 as I still have not heard anything & have not received any products. They now said I should receive them around the end of May & the fridge is still on back order & may be delivered a couple months after. So I have now been without a stove for 3 months. The people I have spoken with qt customer service are friendly. I was informed no appliance place have things available due to covid. I have contacted other places which confirmed they could get items delivered to be within a couple of weeks. Now I don't know if I should cancel my order to purchase elsewhere for more or continue waiting & hope they will not add additional months every month ad it had been so far. I'm very disappointed to the point I'm scared something else will be wrong when/if I get the items.
When I was first looking for a washer/dryer and came across US Appliance I was skeptical because I didn't know anything about them. Online reviews were enough for me to give them a shot and placed an order. The dryer ended up being backordered everywhere for 8 months because of COVID and them all being stuck on the wrong side of the world. The first time I called, US Appliance was super friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. They helped me look for what they did have and told me if I found what I was looking for somewhere else they would refund my purchase, no questions asked. I ended up going with another brand that was in stock at another store and called US Appliance again to cancel my order. Again, even knowing I was canceling they were incredibly friendly. I can't recommend this company enoguh.
I understand deliveries can be delayed, especially depending on time of year, and covid stalls. I ordered a dishwasher and junction box the end of October. The email confirmation said 1-4 weeks with a Covid19 caveat that said it may take an additional 30 days. I had not heard anything by end of November so called, and was told I should have it by December 31. I finally got a shipping notification the beginning of January. The shipping company then sent a delivery date, that date came and went, I called and set up another appointment, again with no show for my appliance. Several more phone calls and on the 4th delivery date I got the appliance but no junction box -- so this does NO good. I called and got disconnected three times before I could talk to someone in customer service. I am told they will look into it and hopefully get back to me NEXT week and then re-ship it. I requested they just ship one overnight as I have waited just shy of three months! Seriously, great prices but i would not do this again and will not recommend it to anyone.
I have had the washer four months (Sep 2020) and it quit washing and stopped draining water out... I called but only a 30 day guarantee. Now I would have to pay them for labor and parts to fix -- I guess I should have bought a brand new one from a reputable company. I see why they do not stand by their junk!

Order specified 1-4 weeks for delivery, which is in the era of 2day shipping is enormous. After numerous ignored emails, called in and found out it would be another month minimum! Zero notification to the customer that the order was utterly back ordered. AWFUL!
I ordered a refrigerator in Oct., being told it would be here by early to mid Nov. I reached out via phone and email numerous times, finally got ahold of someone a couple weeks ago who said it would be here by mid Dec. And would hear more closer to then. In the mean time, I have not heard a word since and I have tried to reach out to costumer service repeatedly via phone and email, with absolutely no recognition at all.

I live on a narrow 2 lane road with no sidewalks or even space to pull off the road. R&L Trucking dropped the appliences off on the road where they could be hit by traffic. I ask the driver to go up the driveway to drop them off but he refused, saying he didn't make the rules. I have a circular driveway, and I have had large trucks drive it with no problems. There is no need to even turn around or back out. Now I have over 600 pounds of appliences I have to get off the street and up to my house. How am I going to do that?

They provided no remedy for a $1,300 appliance that was found to be damaged when the technician attempt to install. US appliance held my money for 2.5months before they finally delivered the product and now they refuse to honor their obligation.
