I was unaware when ordering that the driver doesn't bring the appliances in the house which was a problem. Also there was a dent on the side of the refrigerator. It was such a hassle to get the appliances in the house that I decided just to let it go, but not happy about it.
The only issue I had was the microwave of my 4 piece kitchen appliance set being dented. I had no problems with returning it and getting a new one sent out. Very easy process.
The first stove arrived damaged. The second arrived with broken parts and two weeks behind the first one. US Appliance didn't care that my stove has broken parts, they sent me to Frigidaire.

Great prices! Very happy with the kitchen pkg we ordered. The local delivery company is a lot less desirable. They were very rough with pieces and the boxes had tears and gouges in them most likely from a forklift. The leveling foot was knocked off an the refrigerator and a metal piece bent in the back. We were able to put the foot back on and the bent piece does not effect the operation or is it visible after installation. The driver was familiar with our area and called a few minutes out to tell me he could not get down our road because he was in an 18 wheeler and there was not enough room to turn around. We had to scramble, find a trailer and meet him a few miles away and off load on the side of the road. He said he delivers in our area quite a bit & new this was going to be a problem, so why did he bring an 18 wheeler? What if I didnt have access to a trailer? Would I have ever gotten my purchases? I was also told on Tuesday by an employee that could get me on the Tuesday delivery truck only to be told on Tuesday morning after taking off work, that that was not possible when I called to to confirm on Tuesday. My area only gets deliveries on Thursday.
This is not my first time to order with your company. It's always an easy way to shop.
