The site was easy to navigate-I found what I needed. The deliveries were a problem. The first delivery showed up with a damaged fridge and stove. I was given some credit for the stove damage since it was cosmetic, however, the fridge needed replaced. It was difficult to schedule a time to meet the delivery company because their timelines were never accurate (by at least two hours). The first replacement was damaged and the second was fine, but trying to be available for the pickups and drop-offs was stressful.
The guy who delivered it told my (ex)wife it wouldn't fit through the door, so he dumped them in the garage. I then had to go over with my dolly and bring them through the door they wouldn't fit through, with ease. Beyond that, all expectations were met.
The beverage cooler came damaged, the microwave visually looked good but it doesn't heat nor does the turn table rotate. So 2 damaged items arrived.
We used you all once before for one of our properties, everything went very smooth. Thank you. So we have another property we are replacing all appliances. Thanks again, Joe

We has a little issue with the first dryer that was delivered, it was severely damaged. Unfortunately we didn't open it right away, but 2 days later. CHECK YOUR DELIVERIES IMMEDIATELY! I must say, USAppliance was very fair in the situation and came to a quick solution. Our new dryer works great and delivery couldn't be more prompt. We'll be back.
