Received items when I was told on time. Driver was very nice and polite ( however he worked for FedEx) Disappointed when I received my appliances and there were dents in my stove and the refrigerator. They were packed very good however whoever handles them doesn't handle with care cause they still managed to have dents and you can't see these dents right away because of the packaging! I guess it's a good thing the counter covers the dent n my stove and that I love to put lots of pictures on my refrigerator so I was able to hide the dents!

I have liked the website and shopping experience. I look forward to getting the product and seeing what the rest of the experience is. The product was everything I thought it would be. The only issue I had, which was not the fault of US Appliance, was when the shipping company called to schedule the delivery, they did not mention it was coming on a semi. We have a long country driveway and had I known in advance, I would have had things set up and ready for them. Other than that, my experience was fantastic.

It was necessary for me to make several calls to find out why I had not heard from RAC Transport about delivery. The dryer arrived in Albuquerque on August 28th and was not delivered to me until September 17th. The phone number that RAC had was incorrect (773-2773 not 772-2772 which is my number). All of my paperwork from US Appliance has the correct number.
