Although a positive customer service experience regarding US-Appliance; a terrible experience via the chosen shipper--"Fragile-Pak." Non communicative and not helpful as to their customer service (phone) team.
My first shipment, two days late arrived with only 1/2 pcs.
The 2/2 arrived almost a week later...albeit in good condition.
The actual driver(s) were helpful. It seems however that the FP management that are charged with coordinating their local subcontractors is either flatly lost or plainly inept as to coordinating logistics.

Bought from you when building our home in 2015. Unfortunately, I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator that after only 4 years of service I have to replace. Ice maker replaced 4 times and failed again, freezer light quit working, one bank of refrigeration compartment lights quit working. Whirlpool did nothing about it. Same for a very pricey Kitchen Aid built-in micro. Lasted less than two years and Whirlpool had already stopped making or providing repair parts. Will never own Whirlpool again.
