Sold White Glove services that the RL carrier will not do. No one asked what kind of driveway this property had, which was gravel, so first driver was going to leave it in the street. We had them redeliver in a box truck that could be driven up the driveway, instead they sent another 18 wheeler. This vehicle was equiped with an motorized dolly that was able to get to my carport.
First delivery time 12 to 5pm arrived at 6:30pm. Second delivery was in the time frame.
Reimbursing the $99 for White Glove was nice but did not take into effect that was having to drive 250+ miles round trip for each delivery attempt.

Great competitive prices and the delivery team were courteous and very careful moving appliances. Also they delivery team placed all of the packing material in one box avoiding a mess. Appreciate the notifications of delivery time to avoid wasting time waiting. Knowing in advance helps schedule our day.

The site is easy to use and has good information. I would like to see bigger photos for controls on the appliances and more ranges in smaller sizes. I would have bought a range as well but having only one 24 inch range just didn't give me the choice I would have liked.

We have ordered in the past and not had any trouble with delivery, so hopefully this is a 1 time occurrence/challenge. We live in a remote area which is why delivery is needed. At first they scheduled delivery, then they called the morning of delivery and said they wouldn't be out that day and to call them to reschedule. I called and it was scheduled for the next day. Then they called and said they couldn't deliver within 30 miles of our location due to their truck size. Finally they agreed to find a smaller truck that could make the trip because they said the roads were to primitive to deliver (we have had many large truck deliveries to our house). They did get a smaller truck (rather than a full size semi) but still only delivered to the parking lot of the local fire station saying they wouldn't go down the gravel dirt road to our house, 2 days later. So I had to make arrangements for someone to be available 3 different days and in the end I had to get a vehicle large enough to pick the items up and meet them to get the washer and dryer. They were nice, but it was very frustrating. We have had many dump trucks, and extended UPS trucks manage to make it to our house over the years. I know they delivered our stove in 2012 and the roads haven't changed.
Great no hassle shopping
I purchased a fridge, it didn't arrive when they said it would. I dealt with Beverly at customer service who could be hte worst customer service agent ever. I had requested inside delivery but she told me (after it left the company) that they don't do inside delivery and not only that that the truck would not drive on a gravel driveway so they were going to leave it on the road! After 3 more days or talking to them I finally had to hire 3 people here to meet them and bring the fridge inside. She also had the nerve to charge me an extra delivery charge of $140 because it was apparently on the truck the first day but they wouldn't delivery because of the gravel driveway.
I thought it was a great deal with your prices, but then I had to buy a dryer plug and water hoses and install it. They were not brought into the house, and now I have to figure out a way to get rid of the boxes and the pallet. I would have paid a little more with Best Buy and they would have been installed, and I wouldn't have had the headache of disposing of the LARGE boxes and pallet. I do have to say, I did get them delivered pretty fast.
