I was getting frustrated, never thought this would happen. I like to do things myself but this is something I can't do. The man across the street is going to install it for me and put trim pieces on the cabinet to cover up the space left by getting a shorter model.
The shipper tried to leave the item on the street. I realize it was "curbside" delivery, but that was ridiculous. He was impatient and rude. He argued about taking the pallet with him, he argued about waiting while I inspected the item - he didn't btw. I wasn't asking for special delivery services that I'd not paid for. I never asked him to take it to my garage or in my house. I was simply asking for regular curbside delivery like I've received from other companies. I wouldn't order from US-Appliance again because of the delivery firm. There are many other companies who ship via quality firms.
There was a small dent on top of washer like something was sat on top of it or dropped on it. It was nothing major but I missed it, because it didn't open box for a few days. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping by Fed-Ex or Picked up that way from US Appliance. Otherwise a perfect experience.
I ordered my new dishwasher easily and at a GREAT price! Was not next day delivery but I didn't expect it. It took a couple weeks to be delivered right into my house. The box had been banged but the dishwasher was not damaged. I LOVE this dishwasher! I love ordering from US Appliance! They have great followup and customer service. We had damage on a previous order a couple years ago and they took care of it no worries.

I am adding to the original rating. The delivery was smooth and on time. The packaging was great and it looks like there is no damage to the appliance. However I have not yet removed the items from the boxes so I will reserve the rating of the appliance until after it is installed
Good sale price and reviews. Good experience overall, except the delivery driver was not very accommodating. He was unable to get to the delivery location due to bringing a 48' trailer with only the appliances and a few other smaller items from the distribution center.

When I placed my order, I worked with George and he was helpful and kind. However, after I placed my order, I had to call them back regarding the time of the delivery and to let them know when to charge my credit card, due to the fact that we had not moved into our new house yet. When I called back, I did not receive the same kind treatment. Each person that I spoke to seemed in a hurry to pass me on to someone else and when I finally got the person that I needed to speak to, they too hurried me off the phone, as if they didn't have time for my request on the delivery or when to charge my card. I spoke to the manager about it, and he was very dismissive, to my dismay. I did receive my product in a timely manner. I am still waiting to use the product, as my kitchen is not installed yet, therefore I cannot review the product yet. The only reason so far that I would not recommend buying from US Appliance is their customer service over the phone.

Update: install instructions gave i correct dimension for layout line 'B' of 15'. Actually on unit the virre t dimension was 13-3/4 '. This caused major issue while hanging unit as the upper mounting holes are not visible when lifting unit into place. Holes had to be relocated and the incorrect holes plugged. Big expense in time and trouble.
Easy solution is for engineering to simply provide 'paper layout temple' that can be taped up and accurate holes can be drilled. Accurate, quick, and durable mounting would result.
Also, screws provided seem very small considering weight of unit and potential for serious damage or injury. Earthquake common in California amplify this issue. Recommend 3/16' screws be used in place of #6 screws provided.
Lastly, remote control was intermittent and rattles. Rattle was eliminated by tightening escutcheon ring. Unit paired after several attempts but unit functions are intermittent.
I AM VERY HAPPY WITH DEAL AND TYPE OF PRODUCT.
