I read that there was free shipping for items over $999.99. I was charged for shipping? If you intend to buy from these people be ready for 4 or more weeks of delivery time. Also the person I spoke to about it was rude. Never again!

I've purchased from US Appliance before, never had a problem. This stove/oven arrived on time to our CA vacation house, Fed Ex guys were great they wheeled it to the garage for my my daughter who signed for it. I arrived a week later and unpacked and installed the unit. Packaging was all intact no shipping damage what so ever. The unit did have a minor flaw in the metal in the display area, top rear corner/back. Looks like someone got lazy at the factory, but it was no big deal, I fixed it. Induction stove works great, oven works great, looks great. In the bottom of the shipping box were several sheet metal screws from the back that appear to have worked out during transit. That again was no big deal, since I had to remove the back anyway to secure the 220 line. Another good purchase!
