Super easy. Delivery was actually 4 days earlier than scheduled. Luckily, I was home to receive my appliance.
Couldn't be easier...no in store hassle. Very inexpensive shipping. Compared to big box stores and appliance stores, prices are lower especially when it you add on shipping charges.

WEB SITE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH, INCLUDING EXCELLENT SUPPORT.
Product received had cosmetic damage and slight dent in area which, fortunately, is currently covered by cabinetry, and not readily visible.
Advised US Appliance of this, but they never responded!
Otherwise, I would have given all 5s for this order.
At this time, my experience is fine.
So far, everything is good. Quick and easy.
I have received oven, delivery person was really helpful. It seems to be a nice addition for my kitchen. I have not had the chance to have it installed as of yet

You have great prices and lots to choose from. I hope I am as happy with the product. I received the oven! I love it. I t looks beautiful in my kitchen and is so easy to use. Bakes perfectly.

Update: I received all of my appliances in great condition, on time and they are working perfectly.
