WAS HAPPY WIYH EVERY THING BUT DELIVERY,THOUGHT REFRIG WOULD BE PUT IN KITCHEN DELIVERY GUY CALLS SAYS HE HAS BOX FOR ME BUT DOSN,T KNOW WHAT IT IS TOLD HIM TO DELIVER IT AND WE WOULD FIND OUT. GETS TO HOUSE, GETS OUT OF TRUCK,HE IS BY HIMSELF LOOKED ORDER THAN ME. I AM 75.ASKED HIM WERE IS HIS HELP, SAID HE IS BY HIMSELF ASKED HOW HE IS GOING TO GET IT IN HOUSE.HE SAID HE.S TO DROP OFF ON CURB ONLY. CALLED DELIVERY PLACE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIS ATTITUDE TOLD ME THATS THERE POLICY AND THAT WAS THAT.SO TALKED THE OLD MAN TO AT LEAST PUT IT IN GARAGE SO I HAD TO HELP HIM TO DO THAT.THE DELIVERY GUY WAS DOING WHAT HE WAS TOLD.OTHER THAN THAT WE ARE HAPPY WITH WHOLE PURCHASE. There was quite a delay between the moment I hit "place order" and the order confirmation appearing on my screen. It was a little unnerving. In fact I got the email confirmation before the webpage loaded.

The bottom of the right door is not really sealed correctly - but that's a manufacturing issue and we are planning to contact Whirlpool about it.

Great experience with US Appliance but wish they clarified that delivery person does not have to put it inside my home as this created challenges for me as a 110 lb person trying to get these huge boxes in my home.

I have purchased in the past but this order, a wall oven arrived with a broken glass door. I believe this was a result of the multiple shippers involved. I contacted US Appliance customer service and initiated a refund and product pick up. Customer service was apologetic and of great help. Currently waiting for the damaged unit to arrive back at US Appliance to receive my credit.

I will continue to use US Appliance but will think twice about units that are constructed with glass.
