We were not notified regarding our delivery time. There were insufficient personnel to move the refrigerator, requiring my husband who had to help and was almost hurt.

The bottom of the right door is not really sealed correctly - but that's a manufacturing issue and we are planning to contact Whirlpool about it.

I have purchased in the past but this order, a wall oven arrived with a broken glass door. I believe this was a result of the multiple shippers involved. I contacted US Appliance customer service and initiated a refund and product pick up. Customer service was apologetic and of great help. Currently waiting for the damaged unit to arrive back at US Appliance to receive my credit.
I will continue to use US Appliance but will think twice about units that are constructed with glass.
