Ordered a Weber Summit grill center model *******, they sent a leftover from 2 years ago model *******. The salesman assured me it was the latest model but poof. They sent me the old one sitting on the shelf granted it was new but it sat for 2 years. US appliances answer if it breaks call weber

The pallet was broken upon arrival. The driver said he had to take the pallet off to deliver a previous order. The stove had a dent in the side, something I could pull out. I didn't want to refuse shipment, my old stove was already removed!

We have purchased several appliances and have been very satisfied but when we ordered our dishwasher there was a power cord listed with it and it was strongly suggested that you order this cord si we thought the dishwasher did not come with said power cord so we ordered it, the cost was 29.99, when the dishwasher came it did have a power cord. When we asked if we could return the power cord, it was a restocking fee, required insurance plus the postage which figured out to be more than the 29.99 we paid for the cord, so not real happy with customer service

Delivery took a little over 3 weeks. With the corona virus going on and ordering a 'special order' GE refrigerator, it was expected. However, when I was inspecting the item right off the truck it looked fine so I signed the waiver for the truck driver. My son ran up and grabbed the large sticker on the side of the box and it revealed a large dent underneath! The box was completely torn apart underneath an intact, perfect sticker! It was an obvious attempt to cover it up! I don't know who's to blame for that (delivery truck or US appliance) but I did receive a $200 discount for it. I wasn't willing to wait another 3 weeks + for another one. Buying one from the local store would have been special ordered and taken the same amount of time. It stinks that you pay so much for an item and now have to cover up a dent with paper.
