I paid for expedited shipping and then they said that they would not ship until the 15th and it's the 4th! I tried to cancel the order just an 15 min after placing it and they said they can't cancel it! I'm upset and want my money back.
Placed an order and then cancelled immediately because I realized my son would be out of town and not be there to accept it. They still placed the order and charged my credit card. Chats and emails to them took days to get answers and they basically said, "too bad".

Don't use Urthbox. I placed an order in the evening, realized in the am that my computer had auto inputted my previous address. I called Urthbox the next morning, but they don't open til 9am!, so I sent a chat message to have them cancel the order and the message replied they would get back to me - right! Over the weekend (they are closed) I checked Saturday and Sunday and my order was unfulfilled. Got to work Monday morning and I checked and the order said filled. I had to wait for them to open zzzzz... leave my work to call them again. They said too late, we never got your message and too late. Sa basically I spend $60 on my first box, sent to my previous address, and was told even if they reject the order, Urthbox says they cannot accept the food back. I get it, but please all of this happened because you have banker hours and your employees are not checking chat messages. I promise I am letting everyone know about why NOT to use Urthbox and that is going to cost them more than $60. I recommend Imperfect Foods. We have a good few years with them before we moved. I was just going to try something different, but guess I'll head back to Imperfect Foods! BOO Urthbox!

If anyone is open to testifying about their experience, please reach out to me. I am building a case against this company. Attached is a receipt that I never received until I asked for them earlier this week. (There are more). Also, the products were not delivered to my doorstep, they were delivered to a parcel locker and I never received tracking info or a receipt so I had no idea of knowing where my product was or that it even exists. They are unwilling to cooperate and give very thin excuses. Their strategy is to make the refund process take too much time and feel impossible so that you give up. But the fact is I am now out hundreds of dollars and never received the product once. A judge needs to get involved. I appreciate anyone stepping up to get involved and help.
Purchased a subscription for my daughter who has celiac disease for Christmas. Annoying they make the recipient provide a credit card even when redeeming a gift. The worst though is sending her a gluten free box containing wheat in 2 products. Then arguing about it when brought to their attention. Avoid this company at all costs!
Received my first box today. Opened it up and I told my husband that this was the snack box I told him about. It's all "gluten free" products. So he dug in and grabbed a cookie. He bit right into it all excited because he was just recently diagnosed with celiac disease and still trying to figure out what he can and can't eat. A Lenny and Larry's snickerdoodle cookie seemed like a great option. I looked at the wrapper and noticed that there was no "gluten free" statement so I looked at the ingredients and the first thing listed was wheat flour. It even listen "wheat" as an allergen. WTH? I told him right away but he had already eaten a few bites. Now he has a flare up. I know we should have never trusted this but if I order a "gluten free" box I don't think the first thing we grab is full of gluten. So not happy about this.
So, I got one each for my son and daughter in law for Christmas this year. Ordered in November and accidentally did a gift card on one. It took forever to get the order to go through. My son received his gift January 2nd. My daughter in law February 1st as I had to redeem the gift card in December. In communicating with them everything is a "can response". I asked for tracking numbers on shipments which I never got in January.
The boxes are filled with interesting snacks and my kids like what they have received thus far but it sure would be nice to know when they are coming.
I received a gift card for my bday. The balance was twelve dollars. This company charged me 101.97 before I received my last box. I was then told I need to cancel the subscription before the 1st of the month. Technically it was the first of the month as I contacted them on 7/1/21 and the new subscription did not start. Do not order from them! 7/2/21: I received an email from customer service today stating that I can get a partial refund back.
Answer: It's a legit company, but their customer service practices are so shady I'd recommend you run in the other direction. Poor quality products, terrible customer service.

Answer: They were highly rated by professional shoppers and gift companies. I think they are getting their kinks worked out as what my kids have recieved are decent snacks and things we haven't heard of which was the idea for the gift. Shipping has been the biggest issue as we haven't known when to expect package.

It is interesting how people share only half the information. You forgot to mention you sent an email to have it shipped earlier so it can arrive by the 14t. Like I mentioned on the phone I spent 1 hr this morning to push that for you. After that you wished to cancel it in your next email and call. All I said was give me till end of the day so there is no confusion as to what the status of your order is. I also clearly mentioned if they havent processed it I will go ahead and refund it. Anyways it didnt get processed so your money is refunded.
