Used to love shopping for my daughter at urban planet Erin Mills but now I hate going in. Customer service sucks big time. The attitude starting from manager to the ladies working there is terrible. The company policy also for return or exchange needs to be reviewed because a customer that spent money in your store shouldn't have to be put through interrogation just to exchange or get store credit.
Love urbanplanet's online website, so far everything is good value & good quality (true to pictures). There was only once a pair of pants that the inseam was way to short on me as I have long legs... but apart from that love!
It has been 10 days since I placed my order and have not received any updates on it. I chatted with the online chat service chat representatives twice and they are not able to let you know exactly when the order will be ready, WTH?. It definitely does not compare to the online customer experience of other Canadian stores. I am very disappointed cus I needed the items for a summer trip. I hope I get my refund soon. I will continue to shop at the stores but never again online!
The first order is missing an item, the remaining item is poor quality. Second order the dresses are the right color but wring style, these have big puffy sleeves like a 1800's outfit and the one of the dresses has obvious stitched and sewing mistakes, it shouldn't have been sold. The large fits more like an XXL. They require you to pay for return shipping and don't refund that cost. They also only reply with automated messages, no customer service. Don; t buy from Sirens/Urban Planet online.
Was short shipped two items, and the items received they were the wrong sizes. When contacted Urban Planet had to go thru a series of emails back and forth with pictures SKU's colours, and an additional form to prove their staff did not ship all items. They take days to respond and very abrupt. They have no customer
The website is deceiving. I ordered what seemed to be a jogging set, and only came with the pants. I was promised a full refund through emails and then they only refunded a partial amount. I tried to speak to someone in Head office and the guy had no idea what to do. Finally spoke to a manger and still waiting for a response. This company is the most unprofessional and incompetant company I have ever dealt with. Stay away. Order online at your own risk.
I wish I would have read some of these reviews before making a purchase. I made a purchase at the end of may and I got a notification saying it was in mississauga and would be delivered june 3rd. Nothing was delivered and there is no location or any new tracking information posted since Mississauga. I have contacted both canada post and urban planet. And each email urban planet has sent me has been word for word the same message and no additional details or help about my concerns.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the company and service received.
Eastgate mall in stoney creek, ontario has very rude condescending sales associates. They talk badly about customers, infront of other customers as one leaves. Its very unprofessional. They have no mannerisms at all, they make customers feel uncomfortable when checking out because of their bad attitude. People have bad days, but you dont take it out on other customers and talk badly about people for no reason at all
Do not waste your money
My favourite yoga pants come from urban planet/behaviour. I have very long legs & most aren't long enough in other stores. My roommate washed my two newest pair with something that ran & ruined them. I called both of my local stores & they were completely sold out. I went on line for my Karma pants, one pair with a black & white waistband were 50% off $12.50. Another pair with hot pink & white were $24.99. Shipping was a flat fee of $5, I also googled discount codes & found a few one for 10% off, the other for $5 off. The latter gave the bigger discount. All told my order was $42 and change. Placed order on Tuesday & received package on Thursday. Amazingly fast for $5 shipping! Pants are correct size & look as described, extremely pleased.
While shopping at Urban planet, not a single worker said hi or anything our entire experience and there was about five other customers (not busy).
As I was about to purchase items, I'm told to get more for a great deal, items I picked were clearly on the same rack I had chosen other items I had brought to the counter and with same items of different sizes and colours. And he told me they were not part of the sale.
They tried to get me to pay full price on those sale items that should have been free. I did not buy them because both items should have been free which is why I picked them out...
Again, only person that said a single word to us was the cashier advising me to get two more sale items (buy one, get two free)
I placed an order online last Monday they just decided to ship it today 1 week later...
I placed this order to have my shipment here before Christmas Eve not in 2020?

I've sent 4 messages to the costumer service and never get a reply.
I ordered my items on November 26,2021 for Christmas. Few days later, they sent me a tracking number with Canada Post. The package was stuck without any movement for 3 weeks, so Canada Post conducted an investigation. Canada Post advised they were unable to locate the package and I should contact Urban Planet about it.
I emailed Urban Planet and received a bounce back that its inbox is full, so I resorted to start a dispute with PayPal. Later on, someone from Urban Planet reached out saying I cannot get a refund and will need to wait for the package, which they have no updates on the shipping for me.
By early January 2022, I still haven't received my package so I escalated with PayPal for a refund. A day after the PayPal escalation, the package's tracking *magically* got updated and said it's on its way. The package arrived few days later. Luckily, I ordered within the holiday season so I had an extended return policy, and was able to go to return it to a store for a full refund. Otherwise, I would be stuck with these Christmas items and not be able to return them due to their regular return policy - must return within 30 days of the ORDER DATE.
There are a lot of complaints about their shipping, which shows they have a bad business conduct. Please STAY AWAY from Urban Planet and do not support this business by purchasing from them! I would rate it a 0 if I can!
They have the greatest of clothes, not the best but really good and really affordable prices, the customer service is great and your refund is at the click of a button, what else could you want. I love it.
I ordered online and purchased the express shipping. Over a week later I had still not received my package and the courier they use was listing my package as cannot be found' after two days of calling all the numbers I could find for both urban planet and their courier I was told that they could not ship to the address I had used (and have used previously) and that I would not be refunded my express shipping purchase OR given any compensation for their mix up. Still have not received the package or a refund.
I was a frequent online shopper of urban planet, normally my orders would be shipped to my house within 24 hours. During a 50% sale I decided to buy 2 jackets in different colours. When I finally received my order it only contain one out of the two jackets I purchased. I contact them and said they would look into it and let me know in 5 days. It's been now a week with no respond, no refund! I have tried contacting them and i have not received an answer! Be aware with this store! Horrible costumer service! I feel like I been scammed out of my money!
I have purchased from this site before and I always order to my work address because they usually deliver during the day.
I ordered something last Friday at 3pm and saw that 24hr shipping was an option. I ordered it to my apartment because I was going to be home for the following 24 hours.
My package didn't show up and I had to leave my apartment for a bit.
Long story short they left the package at my door and someone stole it from me. I'm not saying it's Urban Planets fault for crummy people but if the 24 hour delivery had ACTUALLY happened then my mail wouldn't have been stolen. Now I'm out $78. Not impressed.
The quality of their clothing is disgraceful No refunds for damage products. Bought a coat for my granddaughter and didn't realize there was a hole in the sleeve until we got it home. Tried to return it and because I bought it when there was a buy one item at full price get second item for 1 cent and I didn't bring the 1 cent item they would only exchange it for an item for the exact same price. There were very few items for the price and they wouldn't allow me to buy 2 items that added up to the price of the coat. As I looked around i saw the quality of the clothes were poor. Saw 2 other items that had holes in the neck and down the side. Don't shop here, product is awful. I understand why they have no refund policy, they'd go broke from so many items being returned/.
All about money bad customer service. I am still waiting for a response from them regarding a mistake they made that shouldn't have been made in the first place and given a cheap discount and free shipping that I pretty much payed for in the first place. Decent quality clothes sometimes mainly in jeans. If you're a busty girl like me and bigger around you will have a hard time finding dresses and tights that will fit your body right or even fit you. I have shopped Online and offline. Instore is better way of shopping but when ever I seem to find something I like they are out of my size 85% of the time and being a bigger girl its a bit of a blow to the self esteem never being able to buy cute things you actually want and always have to go for the meh stuff unless you happen to be lucky some days.
I Love the clothes here. The prices are amazing and the quality is excellent. The staff is over the top.If you haven't shopped here you must check it out. Delivery was quick, 4 days over christmas week.
This is the worst online order I have ever placed, first the Christmas order is ordered in November and supposed to be a delivered to a home address before Christmas as it was Christmas gifts. It ended up being delivered to a store in Mississauga and the order sits in the store until it is shipped to us in January in which I have to drive across town to pick it up. Missing items, extremely slow customer service responses and then after 2 months later items that were ordered wasn't even included and fully charged initially.
AVOID! You have been warned
Answer: If it's open, bring the items and the reciept. The return policy where I am is till January 9th. You can get store credit or exchange but they do not offer refunds. If you do not have the reciept most stores allow an exchange. If the items were final sale they may allow an exchange but they are technically final sale.
