Worse shipping process

Ive been online shopping for so many years, and I can say with confident that Urban Planet has the worse shipping policy. Please dont trust the expected delivery date, as its not accurate at all, and the customer service is not responding!

Don't order online

I paid for 24 hour shipping and I still have not seen my order and it's been 6 days. I missed giving gifts at a Christmas party. I've sent multiple emails over the last 6 days, with no response. Customer service is horrible with this company. Don't hide from your Customers, address the issues!

This is such a $#*! company, with cheap, junk clothing. And when they don't send you the correct order or are missing items, they ignore you and will not get back to you. Customer service reps have no idea what they're doing or talking about. DO NOT order anything online from them! Don't waste your time or money!

I did get a refund eventually. They got back to me via email but it took them a while. Not a fan of the company for making the process so hard and drawn out. I will continue to shop in store but will never order anything online from them ever again.

I bought a shoe and a overal dress and the items I thought were coming in one shipment. However I never got my shoes which I paid 39.99 for. It says everything was delivered and I wrote a ticket for some customer support but it's been more than 24 hours and they said they Would reply in 24 hrs. No reply. When you call they just make you believe you might actually talk to a real person but that's fake too. No matter what time I call it goes straight to voice message claiming 'all the reps are currently busy assisting other customers ' bull shit. I called 8:30 am when it just opened up their calls and you still can't get anyone. They say that all reps are busy. Who's calling urban planet so early in the morning. Also why don't they just make it ring instead of putting it to straight voicemail like every other normal company. I'm so pissed that they're not getting back to me considering it's such a big company and not a insta hoe boutique or something. It only gets 2 stars cause I got my dress so

Black Friday Madness

The prices were unreal and so away I went with adding to my cart. The delivery was free, my package came in sooner than I expected. I received emails of any delays and estimated times of arrival. I was refunded for out of stock items. When my order arrived I counted to find the number of items shipped failed to match number of items paid for by 1. Customer service was contacted. They investigated within the 5 days days as promised. I was again refunded. Products are in mint condition. My slipper and robe is super comfortable. The jumpsuits are more beautiful in person. The skirt and dresses fit SO well. The sleeve actually covers my wrists.
I would order online from this brand again.

No package plus stain

I ordered 2 dresses from urban planet. My one dress was perfectly fine in the package, the other dress I got had no package and it had a stain on it like someone used it. They won't give me a dress back in return or anything.

RUDE EMPLOYEES

1. I put 2 tops on hold and when i asked for my 2 tops, the lady wasn't even smiling and just handed me my shirts and said "ok there"
2. I was in line to pay and when i was ready to pay, the employee was mumbling something, and i said "oh pardon" and she said "um... i wasn't talking to you"

I ordered an item listed under Girls' Clothing, but it came in a Woman's size. It took over TWO months for them to respond to my email, and they didn't offer to correct the situation. The email basically said they could do nothing. I will never shop from this store again.

I have placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it. Yet they have charged my credit card the moment the order was placed! They sent me an email claiming the order pas shipped... it hasn't seen it appears to be stuck in Mississauga as of that date!

This is misleading and fraudulent action on their part. This is the second time that I order online from this store and never receive my orders as they never ship the items!

Emailed customer service at least 10 times and no replies! Worst company ever. Hope that you file for bankruptcy soon as you are a nuisance to the Canadian economy!

Worst Customer Service!

Ordered online from walmart. Sadly half of my order went to urban planet same as last year. Wrong sizes being sent and again this year. Before my shipment went out, I contacted them and they were NOT willing to fix it.
I am disgusted at their lack of service is!

Awful. Truly AWFUL

I was in one of their stores a few weeks back and although I paid with a credit card and told the lady it was visa she put it through as debit and it went through because the accounts are linked. I now have a transaction fee on my bank account because they made a mistake and are unwilling to admit it or fix it. Their customer service is pretty crappy if you try to get help too, seriously don't shop here.

Corrupt company!

Do not order from here! Returned my entire order except for 2 items and they didn't refund me for 5 of the items! Have been contacting them for weeks, their policy says they'll contact me in 2 business days! Haven't heard anything! Disgusting customer service, they are thieves!

Place an order over a month ago with these guys not only did they send me tracking information that doesn't exist I've emailed them I've called them I've sent them messages on Twitter and in 3 weeks I have yet to hear anything back and I've yet to receive my order!
They charged my card over $100 but don't provide any customer service so I would save your money and go elsewhere!
Horrible company, clearly if you need to steal from your customers!

I ordered online for store pickup, it been 2 week still waiting for stuff. Emailed at customer service but didn't get any response. I even requested to cancel the order but nothing happen. I will suggest not to do online shopping from URBAN PLANET. "Terrible experience".

I ordered a shirt a while back. The order was confirmed, and money was taken out of my account. However, months pass and I failed to receive my product. I have been robbed by a corporation (during a pandemic). I won't be shopping online or in store again with urban planet. Big disappointment.

Worst customer service

I ordered online they generate shipping labels but the stuff never sent out. Going on 3 weeks soon. Called Canada Post they said the lables were generated but they haven't shipped anything. You can only contact them by e-mail which takes forever. Requested a refund haven't heard back and these are gift items. Never will I order online with this company again. Should have zero stars

Poor customer service

How come I had to stand in a line up at your avalon mall store gor 25 mins when there was only 2 of 7 registers open, numerous associates on sales floor and a lady behind the cashes with her head in paperwork ignoring everyone. Why didnt they react to the line up and open more cashes, wont br back

No bathroom access

You took over sears store where bathrooms where available and you blocked it off to your customers well I know for a fact that a lot of shoppers won't shop because of your ignorance to people's needs. And your clothes has poor quality. North Bay Ontario location
